Rooms are very good. Good view, spacious and with excellent lighting. Location is good too - 20 mins walk to walking street, 15 mins to the beach.
Service was poor though. The receptionists didnt understand english properly and were also not trying to do so, they were perpetualy frowning and saying no to all requests. Room AC remote was not working and was not fixed till the end despite requests.
The restaurant staff was good and cooperative.

They charge 500 TBH for room change. Be careful before sepecting the room.
Very rude and receptionist behavior they must hire someone who understand English.
Bathrooms are not up to the standards.
They charge security deposit for room 1,000 TBH either you book by yourself or through travel agents.
Breakfast menu so so.
It's not 3 start it's 2 star hotel.

Good average hotel, I stayed for 2 days and walking street, terminal 21 , pattaya beach is near by, massages clubs are 20 40 meters, street foods are near by.
We came as indian couple and we liked the place not perfect but was good, no complaints, breakfast was also good. 2 days 7800 rupees charged.

Rooms service and reception staff are horrible .
They event smile, great the customer.
Very bad behaviour from the staff. Don't understand english. Worst staff don't even think to stay in this hotel.
Break fast is not at all good .No taste and sharp at 9:45 am they start closing the breakfast.
They loot money for unnecessary thing .

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with the added bonus of a small balcony. The bathroom was decent, and essentials like a kettle and hair dryer were provided.
The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of vegetarian options, which was a pleasant surprise! The staff were friendly and spoke English, making communication easy.
The location was convenient — about a 15-minute walk to Pattaya Beach, with 7-Eleven stores close by. Overall, a pleasant and satisfying stay. 💙

Old smelly room, never slept, very noisy you can hear everything including people in next room, shower over bath, 2 small beds pushed together and reception did not even talk to me just on phone and not polite, never again

The room was good en clean. In the bathroom i prefered a shower only here was it a bath with shower and at my age it was a bit difficult to get out. I think to book again next time.

First time staying this hotel for 1 night, hotel is way old, air con is yellow and noisy when started. Door of bathroom using wood material which can’t be locked . Bed seems too hard to get asleep. Lots of Indians staying making noises . Need room of improvement in their rooms when comfort matters

Nice and polite staff, but he did not wear a mask while brewing coffee. Even I was entering to the store he went to the coffee bar to take my order without having his mask on before performing the service. Noted that the staff needs to be concerned more situation awareness especially for the current Covid19 Pandemic Prevention for himself and others.
Moreover, I chose to pay via "คนละครึ่ง", but he told me that ถุงเงิน's phone of the shop is with another staff and that staff was not here. OMG!!! (Please, noted that you can log-in ถุงเงิน applications for your shop at maximum of "4" devices.)
For the coffee, it is Dark Roasted Coffee Bean which is good for mass taste of many people in normal.

Don't make a reservation for Airbnb. If you pay in cash, it'll be a little cheaper. The room is clean.Perfect security...

Excellent location off of bukao on soi 15 I think. The room was small but had good wifi mostly. I had to reset the router a few times. Cold aircon and hot water shower. Drinking water is available in the lobby. Beware that there is not an elevator and this place is not handicap accessible. So if your on the fourth floor... And after a long day at the bar it's quite a climb. Friendly staff. I'll probably stay again or one of the other guest houses on the street.

I checked in 2 days ago and it is sooo loud here..the walls are thin and the halls echo..nighttime no staff so people come and go all night..
I asked if i could check out and get partial refund from the 18,000 baht for room plus 8,500 deposit.
NOOO only can give you partial deposit back..
Thats 9,000 baht a night here.
Im stuck here for the next 29 days because i cant get my refund..
8 years i have been living 6 months a year here and my first bad experience is this fricken place...
SO UPSET WITH THE PEOPLE HERE.

This is my second time staying here at 18 coins hostel , and it’s one of the best accommodations I’ve found in this area. All the party clubs and nightlife spots are close by, and the beach is also not far from here. It really feels like the centre of everything, which is why I came back again.
The hostel and hotel offer good shared rooms.
There are separate rooms and washrooms for girls.
Reception service is available 24/7.

I have been coming to this hotel for over 3 ½ years. During that time, I’ve made wonderful friends here, and I’ve always appreciated how most of the staff are warm, welcoming, and attentive — they smile, remember my name, and make me feel at home.
Unfortunately, on my most recent visit I experienced something very disappointing. One staff member treated both me and my fiancée with open hostility. When I greeted her politely, she responded with a scowl and shouted at me. She also swore at us and told me my fiancée was not allowed at the hotel. This was shocking and upsetting, as I’ve never been treated this way in Thailand before.
It’s a shame, because the rest of the team is excellent. However, one person’s behavior can be enough to ruin the experience for guests. I truly hope management addresses this, because otherwise this is a great place to stay.

Even though the check-out time is 12 PM, they let me stay until 2 PM because my bus was late. Such nice people! There's a good reception area where you can bring food and eat while watching the outside moving traffic.
