Consists of one 6-storey buildings and one 3-storey block.
Beach: public sandy beach, 1000 m from the hotel (line 3). Umbrellas and sun beds - for a fee. Beach towels - free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

The room lock was not working a few times. Except that it was a pleasant stay
- There was a lot of spiders and spiderwebs
There're many restaurants and cafes around the hotel.
Additionally there're three 7-eleven convenience stores nearby.
Breakfast was a highlight - varied and enjoyable, offering something for everyone. The pool itself was excellent, and I appreciated that pool towels were available for guests.
The location is fairly convenient: the beach can be reached in about 15-20 minutes at a relaxed walking pace. The hotel is set on a relatively quiet street with little traffic, which makes for a peaceful atmosphere.
Apart from these points, I would describe it as a standard hotel without any extraordinary features, but it fulfills all the essential expectations. Considering the price, I believe the value offered is more than fair, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced stay.
Swimming pool is clean. A budget hotel of outstanding value for money. Buffet breakfast is up to expectation. Most rooms have balcony.
One night asked for water bottles and they refused as the service staff was not available,
Rooms are very small you can not open your suitcase properly in the room, shower and bathroom was not good, shower water pressure is on the lowest of the lowest, low quality amenities, old AC from 19th Century took 1 hour to cool the room, even the wifi is not working properly..
Asked them to keep the luggage in Cloak room but they said we don’t have any, asked for assurance that the luggage would be safe or not?, they didn’t assure that as well..
