Baan Sai Thong in Jomtien Beach

Old room, nothing like the photos. Bathroom is terrible, toilet seat too small for toilet, exposed electric wire for electric shower. No wifi, the place needs a whole new renovation. Booked 2 nights, checked out after 1 night, the reception didn't even ask why we checked out early. 2 ☆ guest house at the most.

This review is only for the accomodations service! The restaurant was nice, very good food! However our experience with room service was poor. Toilet paper not provided, got it on the second time that I ve asked, room itself was ok for this money but have to do something about the smell. Breakfast was good but we wanted literally 1 hour, finished quickly at 10 and at 11am we had to leave the room. I have asked if possible do do 12am check out, I've been told no!
To owner of the hotel: you cannot make your guests wait 1 h for breakfast and kick them out right away after, people are on holiday, they do plans on how o spend their last hours and instead they have to wait 1h and then quickly do the bags to check out. This is not nice! I have seen other tables waiting the same time. One of them even left without the breakfast.

Please manage your time and staff, after all we had only a set of simple breakfast (2 toast bread, 2 eggs, sousage, butter, jam, hot coffe) 1 h for this?

Location: terrible, horrifically overcrowded with flocks of tourists during the day, smelly ghost town at night. Hotel: nothing like as good as pictures, massively overpriced. Arrived and told the upstairs rooms would cost loads more money. First room was full of flies. Second room shower heater didn't work. This kinda hotel would be expensive at 500/night. Seriously do not bother visiting this beach unless u love smelly noisy tourists, no nightlife and average accommodation.
