Aiyara Grand Hotel in Pattaya

We stayed at this AIYARA GRAND for 2 nights and I would certainly say the rooms were clean, cleaning staff was prompt and daily cleaned our rooms. I did not have to interact much at the reception except for CheckIn and CheckOut. We checked-out before time as we had something planned, but the checkout time is mentioned at the reception, so do not delay else there is extra charge.

They have a room to securely keep luggage (++++ For this)

The breakfast had indian options (I think 2 items) but the taste was not Indian (Comparing them to the Indian food available at the Restaurant exactly opp to AIYARA GRAND. Certainly cannot compare with taste in India). But I do not have much complaints, you can survive with lot of other options available in Breakfast.

The Rooms were clean, but I feel it is high time the hotel should undergo renovation. The wooden flooring is chipping out and can be replaced or removed and replaced with Carpet.

The Bathtub is another Great addition to the rooms.

Stayed here for a few nights. Nice place. The room was great and very clean. The staff was great and even showed me the room when delivering bags.

We stayed here for a few nights early January 2026. Our arrival was very welcoming. We were advised that we had to leave 1000 baht deposit for the room which would be refunded so long as we left it as we found it.



It’s a really large hotel with I think five buildings we were in building three on the fifth floor.

Our room was quite spacious approximately 45 m². The bed was enormous super comfortable with clean white cotton sheets. The pillows were very comfortable, soft but firm.

There was a sitting area with a sofa flatscreen TV and coffee table. We also had a little balcony where we could enjoy the sunshine.

The room also offered tea and coffee making facilities with a kettle. It had a safety deposit box, ample hanging room for clothes and storage as well as a storage rack.

The bathroom was again large with soft white towels a very good shower which was not only hot but had excellent pressure.

The breakfast which was included in our price, was a self-service buffet . It offered omelettes to order a selection of eggs, cereal toast. As well as a selection of hot options both western and Thai.

There were also a number of salad items as an option.

You can make your own toast as well as tea and coffee there is also juice and fresh fruit to help yourself from.

In building number three, there is a rooftop infinity pool, the water was clear and clean a very refreshing welcome after a day exploring Pattaya.

We felt the price point was good and that we had value for money.

We returned to Pattaya so we rebooked this hotel. 👍🇹🇭

I stayed at Aiyara Grand from 20th December to 23rd December and, as always, it was a wonderful experience. This was my third stay here, and the main reason I keep coming back is because the hotel is consistently clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The **salt-water swimming pool is great** and really adds to the overall experience.

The hotel itself is fabulous in every sense — the rooms are neat, housekeeping is efficient, and the ambience is peaceful and relaxing. Team members may change over time, but my fondness for this hotel remains the same.

As a humble suggestion to the management, some additional hospitality training for the front desk team would help ensure communication always reflects the warmth expected in the service industry. Early check-in was not available this time, which I completely understand due to the year-end rush and full occupancy, and I appreciate that I was provided early check-ins during my previous two stays.

Overall, Aiyara Grand continues to be a wonderful place to stay, and I look forward to returning again.

Large rooms were spotless and clean, we got an upgrade on arrival to a deluxe room which comes with a bath, they have 3 rooftop pools to relax around! This is the best hotal in pratumnak and i am a returning customer who has stayed many times betore - the management and staff are all amazing

Great customer service made a wrong booking and they were more than helpfull to get my money back awsome job couldnt get a better app 10 out of 10..
