The room itself is basic but comfortable and clean. The bathroom a little smelly but I think that is to do with the island water not the hotel itself.
Also be aware that due to the proximity of the pier the first ferry leaves at 6.30am and they toot their horn 5 minutes before to let latecomers know to hurry up. Didn't bother me as I'm an early riser but if you're looking for a sleep in might be an issue.
Only 2 rooms have the ocean view I think they were 4 and 5. I happened to get 4 so was very happy with that but you may want to request one of the rooms with a view when booking. It was very nice chilling out on the balcony watching the bustling pie boats and people coming and going while enjoying a cold drink.
