The screaming kid at the pool makes this hotel truly unbearable. The staff and the parents do nothing to stop him. I quiet day by the pool on holiday is more likely a nightmare. To the staff, this is not acceptable for hotel guests. I complained and nothing was done.

There's a very very annoying child who screams relentlessly and is always in the pool on weekends and holidays. The last 2 times I stayed it was unbearable!

I loved the pool. I stayed solo for four nights. The room and pool were very clean and comfortable. However, the restaurant was closed, so although there were many restaurants nearby, I did my groceries at a mini supermarket and ate in my room and by the pool. The variety of bento boxes and snacks to go with alcohol was delicious, and the prices were reasonable, so it was a good experience in the end. The shower temperature and water pressure were good, but the drainage was poor, which is disappointing for multiple guests, although not for solo travelers. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located along a major road, making it very convenient for transportation. I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next solo trip.

I went to have breakfast, I was asked in advance about the check-out time, I said that at 11 am I was leaving for the airport, at 10 I returned to the hotel, and the administrator didn’t let me into the room, she was scared and spoke on the phone in Thai, stopping me in every possible way, I realized that something was wrong and hurried to the room. When I opened the door, I saw that all my things were rummaged through and theft had been committed, I could not wait for the police and the court, since I had a flight from Thailand. The staff took advantage of this. I have been a client of your hotel for several years and have always left tips for cleaning, this is what I got from you in return! Please pay attention to the camera recordings for this and fire the staff currently working. I will finish my business and come to Thailand, I will return to this problem, I will not leave it unpunished.

Booked and paid for this stay several weeks in advance through Agoda. Upon arrival was informed by reception staff that my booking had been cancelled by ...Expedia (!) and they showed me an email to this effect from Expedia. (Apparently Expedia are an affiliate of Agoda, which I had not been aware of). Anyway - I had not cancelled this booking. I phoned Agoda, the agent appeared puzzled and confirmed it had not been cancelled, he spoke to hotel staff and it was agreed that the booking was valid and they would pay the hotel. Several days later the hotel informed me they still had not been paid and demanded I pay them which I did.
Many phone calls and emails later, despite being promised a full refund I have not yet been refunded any money by Agoda, I'm reluctant to use Agoda again.
Update: Eventually got my money refunded by Agoda. But what a hassle! I think many people would have given up.

I've stayed at this hotel several times and have always been satisfied. However, this time I left early because the construction noise was extremely disturbing. No information was provided when I made the reservation, but when I arrived, there was a sign at the reception. On top of the construction noise, there's the constant water outage and a ton of construction dust...NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

This is our 2nd time at this hotel. What can we summarize? You need to stay in the Deluxe rooms (main building), the rooms in the additional building are very noisy from Thappraya Street. The pool is great, especially for families with children. The rooms are large. Clean. No animals.

I expected something normal for that price, but surprised me. My room was very spacious with a private balcony, clean and street view. When I came to the room, it smelled very good. Wifi was stable and fast enough to work online. Have microwave, kettle, and fridge. The swimming pool area is very relaxing, private and very well decorated. Overall I had very nice stay and if I can i will repeat it.
