Green Peace Bungalows in Baan Tai

Ok I didn’t stay here….. was next door at the Chantaramas resort where drinks and food were overpriced. Lovely rooms and pool. Beach area great with calm waters. But what a find…. Magic Mike’s bar and restaurant is fantastic. Staff are amazing! Food was excellent and at great prices. Can not fault this little place. Green curry and the fried noodles were particularly good!! Fantastic people that cook the food with love and passion. Greatest hospitality in the area. Very nice and affordable get away when you visit for the full moon party or just enjoy the Island. Husband and wife making sure you feel completely at home. 10/10 would recommend 💪🏼❤

Great place to stay in Koh Phangan! A perfect spot where catch a sunset,relax and sleep with the sound of sea . 5 km from Haad Rin( full moon party) and all that for a very cheap price. I'll back to stay here for sure!

I stayed here back in 2011, but the staff were amazing, the resort was quiet and relaxing, food was great, and it was super cheap.

Here now (august 2017). Very clean, fantastic food at great prices and the staff are extremely helpful and polite. You must meet the manager magic Mike. There's nothing that he can't help you out with. Truly pleasant experience.

Clean room, room with fan not too hot in the night, very quit. Beach is not beautiful but okay. Restaurant is medium priced. Scooter rent for 250 baht per day.

Good places to relax after Hard party

There was a beach very closeby but not really good for swimming, but food swimming beaches were a short scooter ride away. The bathrooms let through alot of noises so you can hear your neighbours when they are talking in the washroom if your washroom door is open. The restaurant had very tasty food and was priced pretty well. There are few cheaper options, and many way more expensive options, but the quality was good so we ate there multiple times. They are also able to accommodate vegans which is great. The room was clean and the owner was very nice. Make sure you don't mess anything up though! He does a thorough check when you leave, and there is a price list for everything due to the partying crowd breaking stuff all too often. If you're not reckless though, it shouldn't be a problem though, we didn't have any.
