Good value option overall, with great location. Comfortable enough beds, fast WiFi and my room was towards the back and very quiet. I believe it’s family run and they are friendly. Only negative for me was the cleaning service seemed to be a little light and could a little more attention. I can recommend for the right price and would return.

We spent one night with absolutely zero problems. The room was very spacious, kind staff, no deposit and honest price.

This place was central, but it is on a very busy road. Unfortunately, I could hear the traffic even from 3 rooms back from the road. The mattress had some busted springs which made sleeping miserable. I wouldnt stay here again.

Huge rooms, friendly staff and excellent location for Bo Phut Village, although it's on the main road it does have plenty of free parking, Lotus, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut and Pizza Company virtually next door and a 7-11 across the road. Only downside is there's no outdoor seating and no elevator and the main road is noisy, if you're 2 or 3 rooms back away from the road then it gets a lot quieter, they could do with some new sets of bedlinen and towels but everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay, there's a large fridge and microwave in every room, would stay again if we were looking for good budget accommodation near Bo Phut fishing village, remembering that at the time we stayed, high season it was only $50 a night when similar places were over double.

Real like staying here.
I have stayed many times and find the owner very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and modern and a very reasonable price. Bike hire is easy from here also. Would recommend Rak Samui hotel.

on the main road, they have a ferry & taxi service. for the price we paid the hotel is OK

There are two convenience stores nearby! There is a fine market, beach, bar and food market behind the body massage!
