They prepared a birthday greeting and our request was adhered to as well.
The room is big and just needed water pot replacement.
The pool should be open with lights on until at least 9 or 10pm and there was no lifeguard manning the beach and pool.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with a beautiful view of the city/sea (adjust depending on your view). The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, including a coffee maker, toiletries, and fast Wi-Fi.
I will definitly come back to beyond krabi again.
The beach is also very nice, pristine water and small island near by that can be reach by canoe kayak.
Hotel has BBQ every tuesday and saturday, breakfeast is good and there is new food everyday.
The hotel is located on a quiet place, you can easly rent a motobike to reach seven eleven near by ( 800 m) and the other restaurant.
The chef was able to specially make vegetarian dishes for breakfast for us, and we enjoyed having breakfast overlooking the beach.
Overall, we had a good experience!
Staff not kind at all but helpful. The pool water clean bit not cold, water was 30 degrees (C) so not refreshing at all. Sunbeds are there but cheap quality.
Everything is very very average, you feel they want to maximize profit not investing in refurbishment, staff education, extra services etc but delivering on the minimum level so customers not complain. This is a mass hotel for mass tourism. The location of the hotel is very nice.
The breakfast was below average. Cold eggs, cold bacon. The display on the cake table had cobwebs over it. Wasn’t very appealing.
The pool was so warm it wasn’t refreshing at all.
Our room was the only wow factor with a large spa and over looking the ocean.
The good news is, they going to renovate! Yeah!!! Looking forward to be their first customer again when they re open on 1st Oct 2026
