The facilities and amenities were excellent, and the air conditioning was promptly fixed when it broke down in the middle of the night. The room we were given faced the beach directly, and the breakfast was superb. My whole family was very happy with our stay.

Comments online mentioned the rooms were damp, but I didn't really notice it. The air conditioning had a slightly strong musty smell, but after a while, my nose got used to it, haha! Other than that, there's nothing to complain about. Some said the service was poor, but I felt it was acceptable – not overly deferential, but certainly not dismissive either. Stayed for three nights and was generally quite satisfied. I never opened the balcony door, so the room didn't have the humidity issues many reviews mentioned. There's a dedicated splash pad for kids, and my child had a great time.

We were thrilled to get a free upgrade to a two-bedroom suite in the new building! What's even better is that you can step right out onto the balcony and into the 1.2-meter deep swimming pool. It's so convenient to just hop out of the pool and take a shower. I heard this building is new, but there's no renovation smell at all. Parents, if you're thinking of coming, go for it!

What a beautiful modern hotel. Large King comfortable bed. Spacious wardrobe and bathroom. I enjoyed the Gym facilities, very up to date. Afterwards 20 mins in the Sauna to relax and a Thai beer at the pool bar. The staff is very polite and ofcourse very well spoken English by all of them. Fantastic experience at the shore ! This place is a high end resort that is as close to paradise as you can get for couples. Special mention to the Thai restaurant which serves delicious and instagram-able food and the private chef dinner experience at the Kissing Point which was the highlight of our stay. Would recommend 100% and would love to go back asap !

Worth staying at least once. The scenery is absolutely stunning, though the breakfast selection isn't very extensive.

Excellent! They gave us the best room with an amazing view, and it was incredibly quiet – perfect for a couple's getaway. All the staff were lovely. The only downside was that breakfast wasn't great.

Truly amazed by it's location, the views and the service. What a lovely resort in Kata, by the rocks of course and got billion worth of views ❤️ amazing service, food and drinks are great. Just the road goes there is very narrow, which only one vehicle can go and they got straight away valet. Kata rocks is truly a gem.
