Hotels with pool in Kata

We liked hotel but they don’t have towel outside you have to bring your own from Room so this is not good.but others okey we loved hotel.

The breakfast is dedicate, the room is big and comfy, I would love to stay here again next time

I understood later that he wanted to check if I stay in the right wing, but man!! Attitude change and a smile would be much more welcoming!!! And while I was waiting for my check in time, I was walking around the resort to check it out, another security guy screamed at me with a question what's my room number, and of course I didn't know, he scared me with his angry look on his face and seemed like...

I understand that they are doing their job but for the comfort of guests either the system should be changed or the attitude of this guys. I was not expecting to experience such a stressed vibes in a 5 star resort

I don't know if I was just unlucky and something happened that day with the security department, but it was a horrible horrible welcome!!! That is not what you expect from this level of 5 star resort

Very rude, keep on asking my room number everywhere, with a very disrespectful attitude, even when I walked with a bag from the room which literally says the name of the resort on it

Great location, great for family with young kids, staff were all friendly and helpful, room was great. Just had a small issue with ants , but room service cleaned up and sorted. All in all a great stay there

Nice hotel overall. Great location and friendly staff. The only downside was that the room didn’t come with an iron, we had to go to a room at lobby to do ironing there. Still, a decent stay for the price.

And I was bad luck, been given Block OX, which need to walk to the end of the whole hotel and the room have no view at the balcony. The swimming pool slide close at 6pm and open after 9am(at least)

We visited during the rainy season for a family vacation, and the resort catered very well to families with young children. The water park was well-equipped, and there were plenty of activities available for all ages

and should be to clearly smoking area(We can smell cigarette smoke everywhere in the hotel such as reception, pool)

The food offerings were sufficient and met the needs of all guests. However, one concern was the high number of pigeons in the dining area, which may pose hygiene issues and potential health risks

Staff are wonderful, room was nice but basic. Cleaned daily, fresh towels and water daily. Pools are lovely but no handrails for easy access. Lovely place but not suitable for mobile disability

This is a nice facility in a good location. I feel they could make a better offering at pool bars and for food, I feel this is stripped down to the minimum

Major hiccup when we arrived, we had organised a certain room whilst we were next door back in march, thru a recommendation of a friend staying in this room, and my wife having a walking issue, however they put us way down back, block 5, there were notes supposedly put on our booking, obviously no one followed thru, they then put us overlooking a carpark, hello, tropical island with a pool, and...

The pool area is gorgeous and great to relax in how ever the room we got was nothing I expected. Two singles beds pushed together. Mattress so worn with no back support what so ever, my wife and i woke up sore everyday

The water is clean (I brought my own shower filter and it shows the water is clean enough). The pools are fun and big enough. Breakfast has huge variety and tasty. Staffs are friendly and smiley

If you are planning for Phuket trip, you can choose this hotel to stay! If you are bringing your kids, this hotel is recommended as well!! From the hotel backdoor, and few min walking distance, you can reach Kata beach and enjoy its beautiful view! Directly outside hotel, across the street, there is Kata night market! Maybe 10-20min walking distance to Karon beach? Nearby got interesting food restaurant...

Enjoyed our stay at OZO Phuket. It’s a very family-friendly resort within walkable distance from Kata Beach. Lots of mini markets and restaurants as well as the Kata walking street and night market just across the street

Location is perfect, it has a back door short cut to the Kata beach. Kata night market is just opposite, we could purchase and food and bring in hotel room to eat in aircon

And also the sockets are not working well, we need to plug in a certain angle or position for all 3 sockets in the room (1537)

The downsides were… We reserved twin beds, but were given 2 single beds joined together with a king size bedsheet

Beautiful swimming pool and all staffers in our experience were nice and polite always ready to help out. Definitely one of the better hotels in Phuket, Thailand

My children were so happy and the staff were amazing. Especially the reception staff, particularly Nancy. Thank you for being so amazing. Highly reccomend this place for any family

We stayed 6 nights at this hotel and the big family room was spacious and fine for a family of 5. The resort is old and needs refurbishment in the main pool area

We stayed at Centara Kata Resort for nine nights, and loved it. The room was perfect (we had a family room - three adults and a baby). The breakfast buffet was really nice, they had different and new things each morning

If you love sunsets, I highly recommend Karon Beach — the view is simply stunning. I will definitely come back the next time I visit Phuket. The warmth and care shown here made this trip truly special

It’s central yet quiet, which is a big plus. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, featuring big, comfy beds, a warm shower, a garden shower, and a small terrace with direct pool access

Supposedly this hotel is a 4-star. I guess that varies from country to country. The pool-access rooms are cool in concept, but the loungers you're given haven't been cleaned since the 90s

Now comes the worst part, Kata beach in general, and this hotel particularly is filled with Russians that are constantly staring at you all the time (I guess cause we're not russian?), it is absolutely infuriating

Location is close to the beach! 5 min walking distance, lovely restaurants and convenient stores nearby for daily needs. but ran out fast and took long time to refill. The towels in the rooms were dirty and unraveling

Comfortable bed, clean and lovely shower. The 2 pools were nice and the food was pretty good as well. I would highly recommend it if you're looking for a very good budget resort

Great location, close to the beach. There is a building site across the road so for the next week's I imagine guests will hear drilling and hammering from time to time. Room is clean and bed is comfortable.

Cleanliness of this property is impeccable. The pool side restaurant serves drinks and good food. The hotel also has a private beach accessible just 2 minutes by walk

You will also find beach shacks offering Deckchair and an umbrella, rent one and you are sorted for the whole day. Food and drinks on the beach is also available. All shopping arenas and restaurants are walking distance

The service were awesome, especially the front desk guys and the trainee boy, every time when I pass by they also can call my name and knew which room number I stay, the new trainee boy always be ready to help you with his big smile, even he might can’t to handle it

Absolutely loved our stay here. Breakfast spread was great and it even changes daily. Staff was friendly and nice as well. Pool is really large and it was nice to have a drink at the poolside bar as well

As a hotel, this place is great. The rooms have high ceilings, look super modern and have all the amenities you need. If you have a pool access room you get to slip into the pool whenever you want

The junior suite was clean and spacious. Our 5yr and 8yr old kids loved the main pool. The pool is huge, and there is a second one that's more suitable for adults with elephant statues

The hotel is very kid friendly which means expect lots of shouting kids outside all the time and especially in certain sections of the pool

If you want live music, bars, lots of young people, parties, this is the spot. The scenery around the hotel is pretty and the beach is very pretty too but crowded and the rooms do not keep out the loud music

Everyone is very friendly, and chef Kamal looked after us for breakfast every day. The watersports crew and buggy drivers are always smiling and friendly. The sunset from the rooftop restaurant was amazing

Went to their New Year's Eve party. Amazing view over the harbour where all the fireworks got blown. Outstanding buffet with thai and international food. Overall a fancy and spectacular event.

If it should be one littel thing to complain for: propell put their tovels in sunbed early in morning so it could be difficult to find a sunbed with an umbrella after breakfast

Although the pool area looks great and the room size is big, the bathroom looks so old, the bathtub has no hand shower, there is very little light in the room, not even good lighting over the mirrors, no plug points near the bed on one side, and does not work on the other side

It had 3 blocks and seems like sharing with another grand kata vip hotel (sister company perhaps). There were rooftop bar and pool but it was closed due to Buddhist holiday 9to11 July. Room was clean, right at pool

Lots of massage shops, Kata night market and 7-11 within 5 mins walking radius. Hotel location was strategic and quiet. Hotel organised daily activities for kids like painting and adults like cooking class or muay thai

Slightly up market but reasonably priced. We had superior room with separate bedroom and uniquely a cooking area which might be useful but with so many food options nearby we never used

Breakfast was lovely and had western and Thai options. They have shuttle to Kata Beach 4times thru the day. But didn't used as we rented bikes. Walked to Tamarind Motor Rental nearby

It was dark and a bit shabby looking. Bedding was clean but not very white. The balcony was awful dirty with very uncomfortable looking chairs and table. We also had a mummy cat and her kittens in our balcony most days

The room amenities were great! I had fresh complementary glass bottled water every day, the room cleaning service was fast and thorough and If my room wasn't available to be cleaned at the time they came round I could rearrange it for when I was out on a day trip or using the gym or swimming pools

The resort was amazing! The room was big and very clean. Fresh towels, comfy bathrobes and water bottles were provided. We could also see the Big Buddha from the resort

We were honestly a little bit frightened when we got here (because it was pitch dark all around due to an outage) but when the lights came back on, boy was it beautiful! The hotel looked incredibly large, had some of the friendliest hotel staff we have ever met, includes complimentary breakfast, and has an incredible view of not just the pool & Thai pine trees but the Big Buddha as well from afar ...

It is not far from the dining area. And you can enjoy it without hustling. If possible, ask for a ground floor room with an impressive pool. Complimentary bottled water is provided daily in the room

Lived in this hotel in 2014 October-November. Rooms with access to the pool. Near the hotel is quiet street with cafes with good Wi Fi, massage, car rental. Rooms pool aktses spacious, not bad Wi Fi

The Beach is Just at short walk away and its the absoult best Beach in phuket! The pool was nice and clean and they had a pool bar if you should need something

Very quiet and clean houses, big comfortable terace, great place to stay. The pool is very small, only usable for children. Beach is about a 500m walk because the direct path is private area, closed by a hotel

Our villa is next to the swimming pool. There are restaurants, sundry shop and 7E within walking distance, but there's no decent bar around. The bathroom could be better if the water pressure issue is fixed

Nice hotel, cozy, not expensive. The location is superb. There is only one minus, there is a construction site nearby and noise comes from it during the day
