All in all a good place for families with young children or for people looking for a beach vacation that isolates themselves from the realities of the surrounding village

All went well. Good and fast services with friendly staffs.

Resort living in Thailand with excellent facilities and large sized rooms. However seems to be designed to cater to the western mindset and provide familiar elements from home

I only stayed for two nights, but they upgraded my room twice. The first night I stayed in an ocean view room, and the second night I was upgraded to a villa with a private pool

We liked hotel but they don’t have towel outside you have to bring your own from Room so this is not good.but others okey we loved hotel.

I understood later that he wanted to check if I stay in the right wing, but man!! Attitude change and a smile would be much more welcoming!!! And while I was waiting for my check in time, I was walking around the resort to check it out, another security guy screamed at me with a question what's my room number, and of course I didn't know, he scared me with his angry look on his face and seemed like...

Location is good: short walk to the beach, eateries, minimart & massages all within a very short walk. The manager, Glenn, was approachable and personable, sad to leave!

Nice hotel overall. Great location and friendly staff. The only downside was that the room didn’t come with an iron, we had to go to a room at lobby to do ironing there. Still, a decent stay for the price.

We visited during the rainy season for a family vacation, and the resort catered very well to families with young children. The water park was well-equipped, and there were plenty of activities available for all ages

Great location, great for family with young kids, staff were all friendly and helpful, room was great. Just had a small issue with ants , but room service cleaned up and sorted. All in all a great stay there

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Pamookkoo. Location was perfect, walking distance to everything in Kata. Our room was clean and well equipped and my 6YO enjoyed all the water slides

Unfortunately most guests did not speak English so it was difficult to find other children to play with. The kids club was fantastic and my child was always asking to go play there

Excellent hotel in a very good location. Great proximity to beach,night life,markets,7eleven. Breakfast buffet could be better in terms of variety ,no cheese or cold cuts,also no pastries

Stand type motel room but kept very clean and tidy, staff were friendly and very helpful. Had an all you can eat breakfast included, which catered for all tastes. Overall had a relaxing time. Good value for the price

Bathroom in room is quite old and dated but other than these minor things the hotel is fantastic. Staff are very accommodating and super 👌 👍 friendly

Lots of steps and steep ramps with no handrails. Breakfast was very average, same every day. Shuttle bus only one way to Kata beach, about a 15 minute walk back, lots of markets and restaurants on the way

Staff are wonderful, room was nice but basic. Cleaned daily, fresh towels and water daily. Pools are lovely but no handrails for easy access. Lovely place but not suitable for mobile disability

If you are planning for Phuket trip, you can choose this hotel to stay! If you are bringing your kids, this hotel is recommended as well!! From the hotel backdoor, and few min walking distance, you can reach Kata beach and enjoy its beautiful view! Directly outside hotel, across the street, there is Kata night market! Maybe 10-20min walking distance to Karon beach? Nearby got interesting food restaurant...

Although other attraction places are far from this hotel, this hotel brings so much more! Choose this hotel if you plan to have a beach kind of holiday As for this hotel, aside no netflix or youtube which u need to use screen cast, other amenities are good! Toilet got water spray!! We dont see any flaws or dirty area! Everything is good as it should be for a standard hotel expectation Hotel breakfast...

The water is clean (I brought my own shower filter and it shows the water is clean enough). The pools are fun and big enough. Breakfast has huge variety and tasty. Staffs are friendly and smiley

Location is perfect, it has a back door short cut to the Kata beach. Kata night market is just opposite, we could purchase and food and bring in hotel room to eat in aircon

They help us to extend the stay and we are so grateful due to our night flight! Will visit this hotel again if we come back to Phuket

And also the sockets are not working well, we need to plug in a certain angle or position for all 3 sockets in the room (1537)

I would come back here every time because of the amazing friendly staff who are so cute with our baby and helpful! Thank you to the lovely gift and all the other lovely staff in this picture! I think we will get a bigger room next time as the room we got is a little small but it was very clean and we had a lovely garden view! The staff really make the experience incredible and the food is wonderful...

My children were so happy and the staff were amazing. Especially the reception staff, particularly Nancy. Thank you for being so amazing. Highly reccomend this place for any family

Compact, kids' paradise (Great pools) and everything in the resort is accessible in 2min walk (especially from the family suites!) and the resort itself is all just 2min walk from a great selection of local and international restaurants, with the main Kata bustle another 5 minutes walk past those

We stayed at Centara Kata Resort for nine nights, and loved it. The room was perfect (we had a family room - three adults and a baby). The breakfast buffet was really nice, they had different and new things each morning

The location was good but unfortunately the club med resort blocks easy access to the beach - however they do have their own shuttle bus. The biggest compliment is the staff they were all very nice and extremely helpful

Really nice view from the room. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious. Many choices for breakfast, love the cold press machine! Coffee was great! However, the way up and down was a bit challenging..

During breakfast, I was about to take a plate of spaghetti carbonara when two staff members quickly approached me. They kindly informed me that it contained pork and immediately replaced the dish without hesitation

If you love sunsets, I highly recommend Karon Beach — the view is simply stunning. I will definitely come back the next time I visit Phuket. The warmth and care shown here made this trip truly special

This trip has been an amazing honeymoon experience — peaceful and calming, even though we were right in the heart of town. It’s just an 8-minute walk to Kata Beach and 15 minutes to Karon Beach

Great Location and Comfortable Stay – Book Online for Best Value This hotel has an amazing location, right behind Kata Walking Street, a food and souvenir market, and just 150 meters from Kata Beach

It’s central yet quiet, which is a big plus. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, featuring big, comfy beds, a warm shower, a garden shower, and a small terrace with direct pool access

The only minor inconvenience is the lack of power sockets near the bed. Toiletries are decent, and they provide extra towels for the pool or beach

Now comes the worst part, Kata beach in general, and this hotel particularly is filled with Russians that are constantly staring at you all the time (I guess cause we're not russian?), it is absolutely infuriating

Anyways, hotel is old, location is excellent, rooms are ok but filled with insects, loungers are disgusting, cleaning staff is super friendly, buffet staff is unprofessional and borderline rude

3/5 The hotel has two pools, they are clean and well-maintained, but the pool bar has been closed for a long time. No entertainment in the hotel. 3/5 Rooms are cleaned every day, even if you don’t want it

Great location, close to the beach. There is a building site across the road so for the next week's I imagine guests will hear drilling and hammering from time to time. Room is clean and bed is comfortable.

The staff are very helpful and they even free upgraded the room to deluxe room for me as they knew my kid likes to play in the bathtub

Location is close to the beach! 5 min walking distance, lovely restaurants and convenient stores nearby for daily needs. but ran out fast and took long time to refill. The towels in the rooms were dirty and unraveling

We got a separate menu and smaller portions. The buffet dinners were excellent and buffet breakfast was superb. A good experience but could have been better with a few adjustments

We had a pool vew room which opened onto the poolside which was clean, nice and spacious, with a second inner room for my daughters bed. Resort is clean, well serviced and in a good location

Cleanliness of this property is impeccable. The pool side restaurant serves drinks and good food. The hotel also has a private beach accessible just 2 minutes by walk

While I have previously experienced the two-bedroom option, which offered more space, the absence of windows in the second bedroom was a minor drawback

They also have golf carts carting passengers to the end of the road where there’s plenty of restaurants and pharmacies, shops, tour agencies, etc. What you may not know is Kata Beach is a party beach

Absolutely loved our stay here. Breakfast spread was great and it even changes daily. Staff was friendly and nice as well. Pool is really large and it was nice to have a drink at the poolside bar as well

As a hotel, this place is great. The rooms have high ceilings, look super modern and have all the amenities you need. If you have a pool access room you get to slip into the pool whenever you want

There a few different pools on site I have a villa with pool excess which was amazing, the villa itself was stunning just like it shows in the photos on there website, King size bed with big tv , numerous channel to watch I would say have more movie channels also a few more sports channels but that's my preference

That means you will hear loud music from your room and the beaches are very crowded. It is also a bit more expensive. If you want a relaxing beach holiday, this location may not be for you

If you want live music, bars, lots of young people, parties, this is the spot. The scenery around the hotel is pretty and the beach is very pretty too but crowded and the rooms do not keep out the loud music

Good hotel. Only two drawbacks: 1) Located at a very steep location 2) Doesn’t have lift/elevator hence could be an issue with the elderly traveller. Food is amazing. Staff look a bit dull and boring.

If it should be one littel thing to complain for: propell put their tovels in sunbed early in morning so it could be difficult to find a sunbed with an umbrella after breakfast

Went to their New Year's Eve party. Amazing view over the harbour where all the fireworks got blown. Outstanding buffet with thai and international food. Overall a fancy and spectacular event.

Staff and members are really helpful and always smiling. The room are so tidy and I love the bathroom without any mold. Cause I am allergic to mold and dust

Although the pool area looks great and the room size is big, the bathroom looks so old, the bathtub has no hand shower, there is very little light in the room, not even good lighting over the mirrors, no plug points near the bed on one side, and does not work on the other side

Lots of massage shops, Kata night market and 7-11 within 5 mins walking radius. Hotel location was strategic and quiet. Hotel organised daily activities for kids like painting and adults like cooking class or muay thai

It had 3 blocks and seems like sharing with another grand kata vip hotel (sister company perhaps). There were rooftop bar and pool but it was closed due to Buddhist holiday 9to11 July. Room was clean, right at pool

Breakfast was lovely and had western and Thai options. They have shuttle to Kata Beach 4times thru the day. But didn't used as we rented bikes. Walked to Tamarind Motor Rental nearby

Arrived on a Buddhist holiday, hence they gave voucher to use welcome drink at their bar/restaurant on the couple of days later. Staff explained hotel amenities and bfast place

It has small playground near bfast spot so kiddo can play and parents have their bfast coffee etc

I feel like the Thai food is amazing everywhere from the street food markets to the high end restaurants, but the room service was just as good as what you may find in and around the islands

I've experienced customer service from many countries around the world but Thailand just has this energy that makes it just that little more special

The gardens we looked on to were awful grass area muddy and sparse very unkempt. We walked our door to a neighbours balcony looking into our door!!!

We were honestly a little bit frightened when we got here (because it was pitch dark all around due to an outage) but when the lights came back on, boy was it beautiful! The hotel looked incredibly large, had some of the friendliest hotel staff we have ever met, includes complimentary breakfast, and has an incredible view of not just the pool & Thai pine trees but the Big Buddha as well from afar ...

When we left, they gave us a box full of snacks on the way so I am very much grateful for the hospitality we were given from start to finish! Would love to return & stay once again in this nice hotel; definitely recommended!

The hotel is in a great location, next to Kata Beach. You can have breakfast while looking at the sea. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can pay for an extra bed if you bring a child

Birds wakes you up early, so I recommend some earplugs. One of the best restaurant of Kata noi is at the corner, you should try it if you stay here

And a wonderful beach, not far from the mountain there is a super (mom tri,s kitchen) restaurant, convenient if you have a car

Villa Review: Not bad. AC is decent in both rooms. Brand new smart TV. Wi-Fi goes in and out. Nice living room area with kitchen but it doesn’t have AC. Good value. 4/5 for what you get.

The Beach is Just at short walk away and its the absoult best Beach in phuket! The pool was nice and clean and they had a pool bar if you should need something
