I stayed in a villa. The room looks a bit old, but it’s big and I like that it has a bathtub and direct pool access. My baby loved it! Breakfast was delicious with many varieties to choose from.
I also love the kids club — very clean and well maintained. The staff named Wee (not sure if I got the name right) was very kind and took good care of my baby. She was lovely and my baby enjoyed it so much. We will come back again!
The only small issue was there was some sand in front of the door and on the table. Even after cleaning, it still appeared, and I’m not sure where it came from. Other than that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay.
Despite arriving late at night and in heavy rain, checking in was absolutely smooth and problem-free.
We had reserved two connecting rooms, but we were pleasantly surprised and delighted to receive an upgrade to a spacious suite with three rooms and three bathrooms for our family. This upgrade made our entire holiday exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable.
Because our child loves swimming, we inquired about a late check-out. The hotel graciously extended our check-out time, allowing us to fully enjoy the hotel amenities right up until the very last moment of our holiday.
A special thank you to the staff members Natcha, Ae, and Fiw for their outstanding and memorable hospitality. We are truly grateful!

On arrival, the lobby felt temporary and cheap, but it didn’t affect our stay. Our first room had a strong smoke smell despite a non-smoking request, though we were later moved to another clean, spacious, and comfortable room.
Service and communication need improvement. The TV promoted spa services, but no one answered the phone. I went down personally, only to be sent to a closed spa. The service was eventually found in a guest room with just one masseur. Housekeeping was slow — an iron took over an hour — and room service also had long waits.
We requested birthday decorations (not fulfilled), though a birthday cake was provided. Staff were friendly overall, especially at the restaurant.
Despite these downsides, we still loved and enjoyed our stay — the room was very comfortable and made up for many of the disappointments.
They nickel and dime on everything which is really unpleasant.
They frequently turned off our A/C using their central control, this happened about 7-8 times. In 34 degree heat this is completely unacceptable. They blamed the balcony doors, but we purposely didn’t touch them and yet they continued.
They provide 1 key so you can’t leave AC on when you are at the pool, at over $150 per night in Thailand, this is considered a 5* resort but treat guest like it’s a 2* motel.
Maid also continually turned off AC, I stuck a note on the control and said ‘Do not turn off’ when I got back to room the sticker was gone and turned off still.
Pool toys are charge now, they didn’t used to be chargeable.
Customer service poor, not welcoming. Staff on reception always seem unhappy to deal with customers.
