This is a great small boutique resort situated right on the edge of the busy zone providing a peaceful escape with lush with green foliage, pool and direct beach access. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms were immaculate with superbly comfortable beds. Highly recommended accomodation for a good price.

I only had the privilege of staying here one night out of my trip. Due to my flight times and dates I wasn’t able to stay longer. They have very big rooms that can sleep up to four. We had a great time at the Shore Samui. Our room was the best with more or less a room ensuite, a small patio and a small private swimming pool. The room was kept really clean. And all the staff is extremely helpful and kind!

Good value for money, clean and nice staf

The service at this hotel was excellent. The staff were always available, helpful, and genuinely friendly. The room itself was comfortable, featuring a good bed, effective air conditioning, and a pleasant balcony. One downside was the small bathroom. The bathtub used as a shower was quite cramped, the water pressure was low, and showering was not very comfortable.

I visited in early December for 8 days, and all of them were wonderful (there was only one rainy day, but that's more of a plus). The staff were all incredibly friendly; I personally became friends with everyone. The room had a pool, which was just amazing. There's a large, green area with palm trees. The breakfast was good. I recommend it for getting away from the hustle and bustle.

We had a nice stay here, the room was pretty basic but clean and good value for money. The pool is very big with seats in it at one end but wasn’t the cleanest. The walls of the pool were covered in a green film.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Located in perfect spot by the chaweng beach. I didn't even moved 20 feet from the resort since everything was so close by. Rooms have tasteful decor, the pool stays open till 10 pm and staffs were very warm.

This resort is average. Room size ok - everything available what you need. Beds are partly saggy (Not for elder people!), no noise protection, wifi ok, pool is large. Nice view i love it in morning time

The location was great; you could see planes taking off and landing right above you. The room itself was quite dated, but fine for a couple of nights (though a bit pricey for what it was).

Great location. Nice pool. Not crowded. On the downside, there are very low-flying planes flying over the hotel at 7 a.m., and the airport is very close.

The location is ideal for enjoying life in Chaweng, yet in a peaceful setting. The building is very new and the facilities are very well maintained. Everything is designed to ensure a wonderful stay in Koh Samui. Furthermore, the staff is incredibly kind. This is my fourth time back here, and it's always a great pleasure to return to Long N Joy.

Secret Garden is my go-to place on Koh Samui. All staff are welcoming, friendly and treat me like family. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well-positioned on the beach or around the pool. Food and drinks are very good coupled with weekly entertainment adds a big perk! I highly recommend Secret Garden!

The pool is really nice and being right on the beach is a plus. Reception was friendly at first, but often absent when we needed them. The restaurant staff weren’t very welcoming, and the room felt a bit strange, with the bathroom not well maintained. Also, trash was being put out literally right under our bathroom window at night, which was unpleasant.

Five star for the location, clean rooms and toilets. For the price you can't complain and ask more. Only problem is if you are travelling with your family you need to pass through all the ladyboys at night as there is a Carabet for them just across the hotel. You need not worry about the noise which I felt was kept low only until 1 a.m. Would stay again.
