The unit is big and clean. There are pharmacy and small convenience stores at the estate. The nearest 7/11 is around 10 minute walking distance or can consider to take a grab to villa market to buy you groceries.

In general, I liked everything. But there are some points: it's still a bit far from the beach (20 minutes walk back to the hotel in the heat, and you can't sit on the beach, because there is no shade at that time).
There was no internet in the room for several days during our stay, at all. Of course, it would be better to warn about this in advance, we had to urgently buy a SIM card. I contacted the reception about this, they said that they can't do anything, that's life... I started writing letters to the mail every day - for several days a repairman came, repaired something, changed the router, etc., as a result - the internet appeared periodically and disappeared again, at least like that... But it's better to write about it on the hotel page, so that there is no "surprise" later.
Cleaning and change of towels - every day! Plus they give beach towels. They also give a bottle of water for each guest every day. Minus - there is a kitchen, dishes, you can cook your own breakfast, for example, but there is nothing to wash the dishes with: no detergent, no sponge (we also urgently ran to the store to buy; a sponge costs only 5 baht, I think - can the owner afford such expenses for each check-in?). I have a lot of experience living in apartments - there is always salt and other spices in the kitchen that were left over from previous guests. I also decided to cook scrambled eggs in the morning, I had already prepared everything for it, but there was no salt. I had to postpone this idea until I bought salt. It seems like a trifle, but they bring a certain discomfort. Therefore, the overall rating is 4, it does not pull for a 5 in its niche.

I guess it was grand about 10-15 years ago, but these days in decay. Anyway, we were lucky to get a huge luxury room, and were really satisfied with everything

Large rooms great place location was great

The hotel is located in the Bangtao area, 1.5 km to the beach. The room is spacious and clean. There is a jacuzzi on the balcony, a shower, a bath. There is a large swimming pool on the 2nd floor. The hotel cafe cooks from frozen food, so the cuisine was not impressive. View from the window of the construction site. You can hear traffic from the street.

Jacuzzi on the balcony! However, the view from my room was of a construction site and the road. The hotel is a little old. The disadvantage for me is that there is no air conditioning in the corridors and elevator, it is very stuffy. .
Nearby there are cafes/restaurants, a large TOP food market.

Nice place. I wanted to stay longer but sold out. a but outdated but good location in Bang Tao Boat/Lagoon cool areas with lots to do! all walkable too.
