We paid for a room and breakfast for three people. There were three of us: my wife, daughter, and myself. We had to pay for my daughter's breakfast separately every day. The breakfast itself was decent.
The hotel is old, the beds are crooked, and there was no hot water (we had to ask them to fix it). There's a strange door in the room covered by something resembling a sofa. The safe had a dead battery, so it didn't work.
As a bonus, there was construction outside our window, but it wasn't too noisy, which was fine.
The pool was terrible, and the children's section was dangerous.
They cleaned every day, but it was purely a formality.
This is my fifth time in Phuket, and this is the worst hotel by far.
The walk from the beach to the hotel is uphill and definitely not a 5-minute stroll. The hotel needs a complete overhaul. Everything, including the staff, is run-down.
Additionally, the restaurants are a rip-off. They can't cook anything that isn't Thai, but they still charge a lot. This is the first time I've had such a dreadful impression.
The beach is excellent, and prices are reasonable.
A plus is the TOPs supermarket next to the hotel, but it's also near other hotels, just like 7/11.
We strongly do not recommend this place.

Perhaps with the fact that the hotel description fails to mention a massive, active construction site just 50 meters away! It operates seven days a week, from morning till night. The 'amazing' view from the pool access room features a fence, the construction site, and, most importantly, a completely uncovered window, allowing anyone swimming in the communal pool (yes, it's a pool access room that leads to the communal pool) to see everything happening in your room!
And for another pleasant surprise, your room comes with a fantastic, connecting double-sided door to your neighbor. Did you come for relaxation and a quiet retreat, perhaps with children? Well, be prepared to explain all the groans and creaks from the next room to your kids, thanks to this door. And what about security? Imagine you're asleep, and your neighbor just walks in. The door opens from both sides.
The hotel management did absolutely nothing to resolve our issues. They refused to move us to another room, claiming there were no available rooms, that everything was booked. My husband and I spent one night in this hotel and were forced to leave to avoid ruining the last 7 days of our vacation. We requested a refund for the unused days, as we were misled by the hotel's failure to mention the construction, the connecting door, and the 'aquarium-style' windows. Of course, we were denied, with a boilerplate response like 'you have a non-refundable booking.' They didn't even bother to understand the core problem: that our departure was due to the hotel's own shortcomings and their misleading information, not because we, for personal reasons unrelated to the hotel, didn't use the booking.
So, be very careful when choosing this hotel, so you don't ruin your vacation and throw away over 40,000 (RUB) like we did (though I'm currently trying to get my money back through the courts; maybe all is not lost yet).

The room overlooks the pool, it has salt water.
It's a 7-10 minute walk to Surin Beach.
There's a cafe and a toops store nearby.
The place is perfect for lying on the beach all day. There's nowhere to walk in the evening. We stayed there for 3 days, it was enough for us to chill out.
The hotel and rooms are certainly not new, they need cosmetic repairs. Everything you need is in the room. Cleaning every day, towels are changed every day
