It was a good stay overall. The only things that didn't meet expectations were the suite's 'tropical view,' which actually looked out onto an unkempt patch of land, and the limited shuttle service, with only two runs per day.

Excellent service by all staff . All of them are very responsive and taking the initiative to help. I drove to the hotel, I lost twice driving in the hotel compound . When the staff see me, they promptly drove the buggy to lead me to the right building.

Our Stay with Pavilions was a memorable one! A beautiful resort with great amenities and helpful staff! The room was spacious and had a balcony and they also prepared a welcoming gift for our honeymoon. The restaurant and pool were the highlights but the gym was great too.

We stayed at the Ocean view villa. Totally amazing place. Huge pool area with nice sea views and sun sets. Free espresso, water, tea and plenty of amenities. We booked directly with them so we had some nice perks included. Fantastic breakfast as well. So cozy and romantic setting. Everything was spectacular from start to finish. Thanks!

Villa Baan Phu Prana is simply the best place I have ever stayed. I booked the place for me and 11 friends for my 50th birthday celebrations and it did not disappoint. A very nice and calm place away from the main road, yet within easy walking distance to everything: restaurants, shops, massage. Nice and friendly receptionists, towels get changed every day, the room is nice and clean, there is always hot water in the showe. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed 3 nights at the Bangtao Village Resort and everything was fine. Our room was hughe and clean and the stuff was very friendly. The location of the resort is also good.

A perfect getaway when in Phuket, we had the best time here in Bangtao village! A quiet, peaceful, and extremely clean place! Even in the low season, with few guests, the staff is always working to keep the garden and rooms top-notch. The pool is beautiful and clean, surrounded by nature. This was a fantastic budget hotel to stay in! Nice big rooms. The pool was cleaned throughout the day. Lots of falling leaves in February. Nice area but a little run down. 10 minutes walk to the beach. More of a homestay than a resort but good for relaxing.

The staff were incredibly attentive and even upgraded my room, which was so lovely of them. The location is great too, close to several nice beach clubs. I’ll definitely come back again if I have the chance.

Hotel stuff is very friendly and helpful - everything we asked for was given to us in a very short period of time. First night shower was clogged but once we mention - it was cleaned perfectly. Carpets and couch could be cleaned better - you could see there were used many times. Location is a bit far from general areas, but accessible by walk.

It's a good place, once the renovations are completed it will be wonderful. It's very difficult to get there because of the constant traffic jams.

Bangtao Mango House was comfortable, clean, and in a great location near many restaurants, the Muay Thai gym, and Bang Tao beach. Our host, Mr. Ou was incredibly welcoming, showing us around and helping us when needed. His warmth and hospitality made us feel truly at home :)
