As it was our first Aman hotel, it had an antique feel, but the space was impeccable no matter where you looked. Truth be told, after reading the comments we were expecting a family friendly hotel. The hotel looked far from family friendly, more like a backpacking hangout. The place overall but especially the corridors were filthy. Rooms were very basic and not up to standard. Sorry but I was not impressed.

This is an apartment hotel with very spacious rooms. The front desk service was excellent, and having a motorbike parking lot was a big plus. However, it's quite far from the three main beaches, and there are traffic police checkpoints all along the way. If you plan to rent a motorbike and explore on your own, I wouldn't recommend staying here – you're guaranteed to get stopped by the police.

Another great stay with trh avenue. We were aware of maintenance work being done on the property but it would have been nice to have been notified that workers were going to be on our balcony on the last morning.

Restaurant is a little bit to dirty, shelfs are full of dust. Room was perfect, hotel position was great, but we have problems with cold/hot water, unable to make a shower without burn or freezze. We had private pool, it was cleaned just 1 day of 8days.

i and my husband had gone to sea stone villa in phuket for a holiday. we enjoyed the stay there. they provided everything as they promised, moreover there where certain tour they booked with discounts. well maintained villa, huge bathroom in affordable prize. i would surely recommened others o go there and if next time i go to phuket i would surely sty there again.

We spent here vacation on Jan 2024. The condo is good, the room was super we used a pool on second floor (where we lived) - up to the roof floor pool we got to the ebd of vacation. The only disadvantage is that youbhave to pay for cleaning services and for bed plates change from your pocket.

The unit is big and clean. There are pharmacy and small convenience stores at the estate. The nearest 7/11 is around 10 minute walking distance or can consider to take a grab to villa market to buy you groceries.

Right by the sea. Clean. There's a decent cafe downstairs, and a great burger joint and pharmacy nearby. The downside is that the rooms are above the cafe, so it's noisy and smells of food. My room also had a window facing a neighboring building (about 40cm away) and there were mosquitoes. Overall, it's an okay hotel, but be sure to choose your room carefully!

I stayed at Baan Norkna for just over a couple of weeks and can highly recommend it! The accommodation is clean and comfortable. The outdoor shower is a nice touch and the owner, Yass, and his wife are incredibly accommodating and responsive.

Cute Guesthouse with wonderful owners within walking distance to both beaches. The room we stayed in was very very clean, spacious and artistically decorated, could not have been better. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. We will definitely stay there again whenever we are in Phuket.
