Do not rent a room with them or never let them manage your apartment. This is by far the most disrespectful and unprofessional company that rents apartments in Phuket.

Never never never trust them to rent a room or let them rent your room (manage it) this is probably by far the worst company to work with in Phuket

Had a very bad experience with this property. First of all, could not check in until after 3pm when Agoda said 2pm. I was waiting in the heat downstairs for ages. Second of all, got given an apartment facing a construction site. It was so noisy till late at night (10pm) and extremely ugly for sights. Thirdly, the whole apartment stank like a kebab shop. It was not cleaned properly. I felt that I got marinated with previous tenants' body odour in that bed. Just absolutely disgusting!!! I checked out just after being in the apartment for one night only when originally I booked for three nights. Couldn't stand the stench!!! Atrocious!!! They still dodgyly charged 1600 bahts for CLEANING FEE after one night without offering any discount!!! Although they refunded two nights back to me after intense negotiations but it wasn't enough to compensate the inconvenience they caused me. Room was large and that was the only good thing about this place. Poorly managed and big hidden cleaning costs, cleaning fee and electricity. I spoke to some local foreigners near there and they said cleaning was normally around 500 bahts in Surin for apartments. I do not recommend this place to anyone at all. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! Never again!!! Absolutely not happy. GROSS!!!

Nice apartment with cleaning service - the only thing is that the bath is inclosed and smelling a little when the door is closed. Besides this all great. Spacious apartment - great for a family trip. Always again!

Place looks a bit tired. We stayed in one of the penthouse and the rooftop had treacherous stairs leading to it, broken tree planters but glad the washing machines was working. The place was not worth it for the price we paid. Though I must admit the location was pretty good for the area. Beware though, if you’re a light sleeper you can hear music from the nearby beach clubs.

This hotel is good for its price. We had a forest view in our one bedroom room. We didn't have a filter or mixer. My only complaint about shower head, it is old and has insufficient flow. It's almost impossible to wash long hair. I had to wash it in a sink. Water was hot enough. Kitchen is well equipped with utensils. You will need to buy a sponge for washing dishes, toilet paper, and poison against ants(once you put it they gone)Huge plus is a restaurant Audy. One step down. Awesome food, low prices, clean and friendly. You will not want to search any other place to eat.

Beautiful development with gorgeous views of Bangtao Beach. It’s too expensive as an apartment but it’s too casual as a hotel so doesn’t really hit the right mark. Unit designs are gorgeous with a very generous balcony but the 2nd bedroom is a miss with windows facing the hallway and the bathrooms also have a very strong musty smell.
Location is great and the pool is also a nice addition but all of these don’t really justify the cost.

We really enjoyed our stay.
The staff helped us with all the Covid/Sandbox requirements throughout the stay.

Apartment is good. Nice bush outlook from bedroom but no outlook from living in our 1 bedroom apartment. Apartment doesn't have hot water and bathroom a bit smelly - but that's Phuket. Staff are nice and helpful. Surin beach is much cleaner than Bang Tao in June plus has waves. Not far to get to either beach, but very hot journey. Pool is nice, wish it had shade over it. Not a lot to do here, but definitely much nicer than Patong. Construction site across the road a bit noisy and they work into the night. They are keeping us entertained while we wait to leave. Construction is slow so think it will be ongoing for quite some time. If we had our Phuket holiday again we would have stayed much longer on Phi Phi Island, 3 nights wasn't enough at Mama Beach Residence. Phuket in June too hot and humid for us.

We stayed in Condo 403. Splendid, spacious clean rooms and terrace with sea view. Well-equipped kitchen. Big TV with some payed stations. Nice pool. Sadly, there's currently a big construction site opposite the street and an excavator in front of the house.
Be aware to pay 600 Baht extra for cleaning. That might depend on where you booked.
