The Pavilions Hotel in Bang Tao

Love everything about this place. Services, foods, gorgeous room. Very clean, massive room, beautiful set up. Love to go back.

It was a good stay overall. The only things that didn't meet expectations were the suite's 'tropical view,' which actually looked out onto an unkempt patch of land, and the limited shuttle service, with only two runs per day.

We stayed in the Spa Pavilion villa and while the villa was spacious with a few thoughtful things to make the room pleasant, more training is needed for the cleaning staff. We could tell that the villa was not cleaned properly as waste in the same area stays in the same place for the 3 nights we were there. Request for amenities top up was also inconsistent - we had to keep requesting through their app and through phone and yet the request keeps getting incorrect or not delivered. Overall staff were polite and attentive however we experienced a bad experience where at check out while we were querying some items and also still in conversation, the staff just walked away. Staff training is definitely somewhat lacking in a few areas.

Positively, most staff were good and kudos to that. Service was pleasant mostly. Breakfast was wonderful and the service staff at Alto were amazing.

Excellent service by all staff . All of them are very responsive and taking the initiative to help. I drove to the hotel, I lost twice driving in the hotel compound . When the staff see me, they promptly drove the buggy to lead me to the right building.

This resort is like a little slice of peace and paradise hidden away in Phuket. Our room was basically a 2 person flat with a fantastic bath, super cozy couch (perfect for a movie night) and tons of space. The only problems were that the air con was too cold, the light switches were a bit hard to navigate sometimes, and that we had two twin beds, but plenty of space for bigger beds which wouldve been more comfortable.
That being said, the service was amazing. The breakfast buffet was a highlight for us, and the thai food was great too. Manny and Poonang were so helpful and kind, even booking us a taxi on their own phone to help us get to the old town. Would absolutely stay again.

Our Stay with Pavilions was a memorable one! A beautiful resort with great amenities and helpful staff! The room was spacious and had a balcony and they also prepared a welcoming gift for our honeymoon. The restaurant and pool were the highlights but the gym was great too.

We stayed at the Ocean view villa. Totally amazing place. Huge pool area with nice sea views and sun sets. Free espresso, water, tea and plenty of amenities. We booked directly with them so we had some nice perks included. Fantastic breakfast as well. So cozy and romantic setting. Everything was spectacular from start to finish. Thanks!

Tucked away in the hills in Phuket, this hotel is incredible. The service was impeccable and super attentive - especially our private bbq in the villa was superb. The F&B team including the chefs and staff put so much effort into a memorable experience and we had the best evening. Thank you again and cannot wait to come back ❤️🤝

Everything all good because service mind, food, and transportation in hotel but the facilities in our room have problems such as a hair dryer,a water heater is not consistent and a water pipe is broken (when I stay at 23/10/2025) it has many sediment in Jacuzzi.
