Located near Bang Tao Beach in Phuket, Casuarina Shores Hotel offers spacious, well-equipped apartments ideal for families and couples. It offers large outdoor pools, children's pools and free bike rental for easy access to the beach, which is very pleasant.

This was our 4th family stay at Casuarina in September 2022. Kids(3) simply love this place. ~150 m2 spacious apartments with well decorated living room, well equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher), comfortable beds and pillows, big TVs (we never turned them on), big terrace with 2 sun beds and a dining table. There is a gym and two outdoor swimming pools. The location is some 5 min. to the Bang Tao beach - a big sandy beach. There are 4 buildings - A, B, C, D. Our favorites are B and C and the upper possible floor. Example B3-1 or B3-2 would be our pick (or higher). The same applies to the C building. We were offered a complementary late check-out (no check-ins on that day), which brings me to the next topic - hospitality. You receive a very good service and hospitality from all the employees who work there - receptionists, cleaning staff, support and security, so that you enjoy your stay. Would definitely consider coming back to Casuarina Shores.

Set in lush tropical landscaping @10-minutes stroll from the beach, Casuarina Shores is a perfect family retreat. The development consists of 4x 5-storey blocks of apartments overlooking a huge pool set in well tended grounds. To the rear there is a small gym (and sauna!) with a 25-m adults only (?) lengths pool. Bikes are available, free, as well as games from the office. We had a 2-bed apartment which was clean, spacious and well equipped; even to the point of having umbrellas. TV has Netflix for wet evenings and good wifi. Seems to mainly families stay here, but given the size and layout it is quiet and relaxed. Bang Tao is a quiet beach and north of the main tourist centres. The beach has many fine bars and eateries. Within 5-minutes walk there are good eateries at Jinda and Chit Chat Corner. There is a Family Mart nearby and a larger Lotus and Seven11 @15-minutes walk. Staff are friendly and helpful. Foisting free coconuts on you are every opportunity! We arrived late when the office was closed, with keys ready with security. Which was hassle free. No reservations about recommending this place.

It is amazing apartment hotel. There are two pools, three buildings with apartments, fitness room, large green territory. It’s clean and quiet. 300m to Bangtao beach and 5 min drive to laguna (there are lots good restaurants). Stuff is very helpful. When conditioner was broken down they offer us bigger apartment. All apartments are VERY large! We had 5 prepaid days and thought about changing then It for 5* hotel but couldn’t find better place than that. There are some negative things: loud conditioners in the apartment, small fitness room but it was compensated by other positive factors!

We returned this year for a month since we really enjoyed CS last year, however we were disappointed. No fault with CS- the unit was clean, modern, good wifi, English tv, Netflix, good gym and adults lap pool, and the staff were great, very helpful without fail. So, what has changed ? There is now major construction on all 4 sides of the complex, goes 12 hours per day, 7 days a week. Also the road in front is heavily congested with construction equipment, materials, workers, etc., and not only from the nearby sites, but also from many other building sites as the road is a shortcut out of the beach area. The entire area is one large construction zone. The road is narrow making it difficult for even 2 cars to pass, imagine after dark when you’re walking to the store or restaurant. Also, the Bang Tao Beach ocean currently has an infestation of sea lice, so if you’re susceptible to insect bites you may get bitten; I didn’t get one bite, but my wife got over 100, and the last week she could not go into the sea. All of the above has nothing to do with CS. Not their fault; Bang Tao Beach has been discovered. We hope to return, but will wait.

Stayed as a family with two children. Quite a good place in the Bang Tao area. If you don’t mind walking to the beach about 400 m, it’s generally okay) The territory is green. Pleasant swimming pool. The standard of the apartments is good. We stayed on the first floor with access to the lawn. 140 squares with a rather big veranda. If you have a choice, I recommend this option. Creates a feeling of more space. Equivalent apartments plus / minus are the same in layout and design. There was an opportunity to choose on the spot, looked a few. In the living room there is a 72-inch TV set, it is convenient to view the captured photos and videos) There is parking. The reception is open until 18:00. Security around the clock. The man at the barrier will coordinate on your phone UBER or Bolt taxi drivers who missed the point of deployment (this is often the case). In terms of price / quality is quite a worthy option. If it’s not important to live directly in the Laguna itself, if you don’t chase the level of Movenpick located nearby (although a controversial option), don’t doubt your choice) Have a good rest!

First time in Thailand and decided to stay at CASUARINA SHORS。 The priority was close proximity to the beach; - apartments, where atmospheric and spacious; - there is a kitchen; - 2 full bedrooms; - 2 bathrooms. After a long flight from Moscow, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and beautiful environment, as well as the presence of our own garden and veranda. It was the best way to immerse yourself in an exotic vacation, where we got incredible experiences from the local culture, natural beauties and delicious gastronomy. The service staff was very attentive to us: everything we asked for from additional dishes was brought to us within a few minutes. Every day we enjoyed fresh coconut juice, which was brought to us for free. We really liked CASUARINA SHORES，that next time we visit Thailand, we will definitely stay here.
