Fantastic villa, fantastic price. Clean, private and feels like royalty. The lady in charge at the spa was one of the owners and she was friendly and a great person to talk to. Told her I would definitely come back and also promised her a review. Hope to meet you again!

Resort, Villa Tantawan Very nice atmosphere There are complete facilities. The service from the staff is really good. There is a private swimming pool, perfect. Party with family or friends Nice breakfast And a lot, too, available to choose according to your taste There is a cooking area in the room if anyone wants to show off their skills. Near the pool there is a seat to watch the view. Drinking juice or taking a break during the day looks great. When you want to sunbathe, there are adjustable chairs to lie down or sit as you please. Everything fits

One of best sea view villas in Phuket. Enjoy great sunset from the restaurant. The one bedroom pool villas are lovely. They really improved the service

Generally Ok. The food in the restaurant was overpriced, and the tiny restaurant was totally out of place from the rest of the resort. Felt that the place was ok since I booked on a special offer.

Atrocious customer service we ordered breakfast to the room and all that came was a ham sandwich and danish in takeaway container when we called room service to tell them we got yelled at said we don't even eat ham can we order something else he refused and said no you already got breakfast! Not only that all the resorts charge 500baht for a mini bus they charge 900baht and then compared themselves to anantara! That was their reasoning when we asked for them to bring us a normal taxi lady in reception told my husband to walk half an hour to find one at kamala beach. Also room was not cleaned properly and many cockroaches were inside and we were told to spray pif paf , staff have trouble communicating in English never have I experienced such bad customer service in my life this should Hotel should have a much lower rating! To refuse a customer food isn't normal and definately doesn't not feel like a resort experience at all

When i stayed at the hotel this month i had a spa appointment so i took off my hand jewelry and left them in the drawer by the bed, unfortunately upon checking out i forgot to check what i have left behind and so i forgot them and went back to my country. I called the hotel several times and they denied finding them at all which i find very very odd considering the hotel is well known but unfortunately i do not recommend staying there for their poor customer service. Give me back my missing bracelets please.

Very excellent here with a good private pool. The view from the bedroom & living room was also great! All the staffs here were so kind.
