The pool is awesome.
The private pool in the room is very clean, and the public pool is cleaned by staff early every morning. The Loft room is also very comfortable.
The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the beach once an hour. The beachside restaurant has a nice ambiance, but the food is just okay.
There's a 7-Eleven, a massage parlor, and a fruit shop nearby, which is quite convenient.
**Cons:** No one assisted with luggage upon arrival, which is quite unreasonable. Breakfast is very basic, mostly just bread. There's also no kids' club or similar facilities.
Most of the staff provide good service, and the spa prices are reasonable. The room cleaning is thorough and excellent.
