Palm Leaf Resort in Koh Tao Island

Loved that it’s right by a private beach — quiet, peaceful, and perfect for just relaxing. 🌅 The bar had great deals and the staff were so kind and welcoming. Everyone made me feel right at home. Great rooms, staff were friendly and helpful and it is located just off the main ***** so it’s easy access but quiet at the same time. Would highly recommend the palm leaf resort.

I loved the room! Stayed for six nights, amazing value for money. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Close to the main street but still quiet and not crowded. Literally felt like a princess. Would definitely go back!!

Really nice place with great views and quiet.
The food at restaurant was delicious we tried the : yellow curry, fried rice and noodles
Friendly staff and quiet atmosphere .
I don’t give the 5 stars because is a bit far to the shops ( 10/15 min walk ) on a busy road with not pedestrian area
This place is more closer to 5 star than 4

We had a lovely overnight stay here. The resort picked us up from the port and despite our ferry being in an hour late they were waiting for us. When we arrived at the resort the lady on reception asked what we wanted to do today. I told her I wanted to visit a few bays but wasn’t sure how to get there. Within ten minutes she had sorted us a reasonably priced trip and within half an hour we were on a boat and had a lovely day. The resort itself is clean and well presented, the beach is lovely. The bungalows on the beach have a good sized bed, good air con and a decent shower. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

helpful staff. nice room however ant infested walls and creatures in ceiling, however staff was very helpful in getting them out and solving issues! mediocre/ bad breakfast. good location, highly recommend the nearby hotel cabana for food and cocktails.

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights in early June. The main thing I want to note is that if anyone plans to swim at Sairee Beach, including the area around this hotel, check the tide chart. During our stay, the water level was knee-deep and only after 4 pm, it was impossible to go further because the corals start to get sharp. The hotel owners, like many others here, were not very helpful, but this did not spoil our overall impression of the hotel. We rented a bike for 2 days from them for 250 baht per day with a deposit of 1,000 baht, it was not very new, quite worn out, but overall there were no complaints. There is a very good hotel nearby with a beautiful pool, where we swam on the condition of visiting their restaurant (the restaurant is not bad, but the food is quite expensive for Koh Tao). There are taxi boats near the hotel, which we took twice for snorkeling (3 hours for 2000 baht), which is much better than the excursion for 50 people that the hotel will try to sell you.

Great location, quiet but close to food and entertainment. The restaurant has Thai food, more expensive than at the crossroads, but the same price as a lot of places on the embankment. We mostly ate elsewhere.
