Tropicana Lanta Resort in Lanta Island

Great garden and swimming pool area. Breakfast was ok, fresh pancakes, waffles and eggs were great, but not a large selection of fresh fruit. Coffee was not great, from a bean to cup machine. Service is great, they helped very much with all our questions and even have very reasonably priced scooters to rent. Room was very clean but the A/C seemed to only have 1 fan speed (even though we tried to adjust it multiple times). It still cooled the room perfectly fine though. Fresh towels sometimes had small stains on them but they were clean and smelled good otherwise.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was very clean, the pool had crystal-clear water, and the grounds look beautiful, great attention is paid to every detail 😍 And especially I loved Bali styled bathroom! It felt like showering in the middle of the jungle. The staff gave us a warm welcome, and the breakfast was excellent. Thank you so much!

I really love this hotel! It’s green, clean, and well-maintained. The design is simple yet very understated and elegant. The rooms are simple but full of Thai spirit. The breakfasts were excellent!

We had an absolutely amazing stay in the bungalow suite — it was spacious, luxurious, and genuinely exceeded our expectations. The bedroom had two huge super king beds, and the lounge area was just as impressive with a massive bed settee, giving us loads of room to relax comfortably. One of the real highlights was the bathroom setup: the biggest bath and shower, and being outdoor made it feel extra special — such a brilliant, relaxing experience. Breakfast was another standout. There were multiple choices to suit everyone, all really lovely, and it set us up perfectly for the day. The pool area was beautiful too — it looks so tropical, surrounded by fabulous green nature, which made the whole place feel calm, private, and idyllic. We also appreciated the eco-friendly approach: instead of daily cleaning, we received eight bottles of water, which worked perfectly for us. The laundry room was a great bonus as well, with high-end Bosch and Siemens washing machines and dryers — such a thoughtful touch and really convenient. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel! Great breakfast, nice spacious rooms and cool luxurious outdoor en-suites. They have a nice little eco initiative too where you get rewarded with 4 glass bottles of water a day (instead of 2) if you don’t request room service. Lovely pool and 1hr Thai massage for £10!

Had a lovely stay here, very helpful and friendly staff. Thai massage was amazing I felt 7 foot tall afterwards. Good breakfast with a noodle and fried rice and fried egg option and tasty "scotch" pancakes. Comfortable rooms with beautiful tropical garden in every inch of spare space.

Great resort with an awesome garden like area and pool. Nice breakfast with different choices and very helpful and friendly staff. Scooter rental, transfer and day trips can all be organized and booked in the resort. Clean rooms and practical gym. Can definitely recommend. Every relevant location and beach on the island max. 20 min by scooter.

Great quiet cozy place with lots of greenery. Our bungalow was just beautiful, number 50 I recommend to everyone!

Incredibly cozy hotel, each family has their own house, very clean and tidy! The house is large and spacious, has its own terrace with chairs and a table. Polite staff. The green area impressed me 😍😍 I also really liked the tropical shower outside! Thank you for your stay. I would like to come back. There is a gym and a massage room. Very convenient.
