Dream Team Beach Resort in Lanta Island

It would have been a 4 or 5 rating however it’s now a 3. The first room we stayed in was new and was lovely, the pool is nice and for us location was perfect. We hired bikes from the hotel, so easy to get around and in our opinion it was the nicer corner of the island in regard to restaurants. The lower rating is because we moved to a different ‘sea view’ room and its was pretty near awful, it was old and falling apart and you could only see the sea if you sat outside so it just put a little dampener on the hotel. It was like 2 completely different hotels.

This hotel had it best times many years ago, you can see very old curtains, lamps,beds and garden is not taken care off. The staff at the reception is friendly but especially the restaurant staff is a bit too relaxed I would say and hardly understands English.

Just across the street is a nice restaurant called „Sea Sun“, we had dinner and breakfast there- very clean and friendly. Additionally they helped us booking the ferry to the next island.
