truly beautiful hotel, that is very big and clean. has various areas within to explore and sit. has a rooftop section with great sweeping views of the city. can bring your dog and keep it in the room for a bit extra cash. the location is good although if you don't have a car it's a bit of a trek to the subway. good parking.

Overall, the service in Thailand is excellent, and this hotel apartment, similar to those found in China, is quite new. The decor is fresh and stylish, and I particularly love the color scheme. There's a shopping mall nearby, which is a plus. The only minor drawback is the disposable slippers, which could be better.

Very luxury hotel, everything is good. Just a bit the distance from Silom to this hotel abit far..so far ok, can take the grab bike. Have to special thank you staff BANK and Mink for your help and take care my luggage. I will be back again. 🙌

This is my 3rd time staying in Shama Yen Akat and it was still such a great experience. Smooth check in and large rooms, what more can I ask for? Service was great and lots of food places nearby. Although location is not near a BTS, nothing that grab or bolt cannot solve. This has become my go to hotel when I am in Bangkok.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Although my last visit was three years ago, the hotel still looks as good as new. The rooms are spacious, and there’s a small balcony where you can hang clothes to dry. The natural light is excellent, and the shower water temperature is very stable. A four-minute walk away, there’s a newly opened spa and cafe, both of which are really nice. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Bank,Jezz and Top:)

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. From the second you step into the lobby you feel like you are at home. The rooms are spacious and modern and the bed is a very comfortable sleep. They also have the most delicious brunch spot in the lobby. I will most definitely stay here again!

But unhappy that our room and breakfast area have mosquitoes , everyday after room
Service cleaning have mosquitoes come inside, we spent time to settle it. Hope that hotel can be improve this part, thanks …
Also one day forgot refill the towel, another forgot teabag, kindly improvement this part
