10-day quarantine stay. The service, food, and attention were exceptional. This hotel is very organized. If you need to quarantine in Bangkok, don't bother.

We stayed here during quarantine, and I appreciated the staff's helpfulness and friendliness. They set up instant messaging to respond to my questions and requests more quickly. They even helped me find information about the next hotel we were planning to move to after quarantine.

I had a truly wonderful stay at the Mercure Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the location was perfect for everything I needed.
A special thank you to Ken and Kitt, who went above and beyond to make my stay even more enjoyable. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out—they made me feel right at home.

A nice, modern and clean property, very spacious rooms for Bangkok 4 star quality standards, well designed rooms and had good hardware. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced.
Worth to go with privilege rooms, great service by the team at the lounge, nice selection of drinks and food during the happy hour and nice view of the surrounding neighborhood.
Had a great dinner at the el gaucho restaurant, was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the meats, price, setting and service.
Soi 11 is not for everyone as it can be hectic, busy with the number of bars close by, traffic but other than that this was a great choice of a hotel. About 5-7 mins walk to the BTS station.

Hotel located at a best location where everything good and sneaky around us. One of the best breakfast. Shower pressure was good. Comfy bed. Thick comforter. AC was too good. Hotel stuff and concierge were great. Definitely stay here again.

It was a very good experience. The staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. The staff at the Concierge - Alex, Top and Kitt dropped us in the hotel's free Tuktuk shuttle several times in a day always with a smile. The rooms are spacious and clean. Housekeeping made up the room spotlessly everyday.
The breakfast is a huge spread covering a wide range of food starting from conventional croissants, danishes, sausages, eggs and bacon to the South Asian noodle soup and sushi.

Outstanding hotel in Bangkok. It is in a very, VERY busy area night and day, but that gives the whole experience a terrific energy. We really enjoyed it. The room was spacious and well-appointed. Plus, the hotel has the very best buffet breakfast I think I've ever had. Highly recommended.

Good quality hotel with very helpful attentive staff. Location is very convenient but provides little room for parking. Room cleanliness was top notch. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast and room service were great. Steak house, roadside pubs and other restaurants located just outside the hotel.
