Excellent service rendered. Every staff we encountered were polite and greeted us cheerfully. Making us feel very welcomed.

The room is clean and beautifully furnished as well. Nothing to complain about. Will definitely return or recommend to others who are visiting Bangkok

This is my second stay at this hotel after a year, and a lot has changed in the surroundings. The building across the street has been torn down and is now a flat lot. However, the hotel continues to maintain its usual Marriott-level standard, with excellent service and well-developed surrounding facilities.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Far enough from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok but near enough to everything. 5 mins to Central World, walkable to BTS Chit Lom and Siam and there's a 7-11 nearby. Hotel offers shuttle services. Super convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room service was quick. Pool and gym well maintained. Decent breakfast. Easy stay.

The hotel's location is super convenient, just about a 10-minute walk from Central World. The facilities are also great. The only minor downside is that the room card sensors in the hotel seem to have an issue… whether it's the elevator or the room door sensor, you have to try inserting the card several times, sometimes even ten or more, before it finally works.

Facilities: Relatively new and well-equipped.
Cleanliness: Clean.
Environment: Quiet.
Service: The front desk staff were warm, easy to communicate with, and helpful. When our flight arrived at Bangkok Airport, the handle of our luggage broke, and Thai Airways provided a solution. By chance, Mootui was on duty at the hotel. After explaining the situation to her, I asked for her opinion on whether she could help contact the repair shop designated by the airline. Without hesitation, she picked up the phone and communicated with the vendor, quickly arranging a time and entrusting the suitcase to the bell desk staff to hand over to the person who would pick it up. Everything went very smoothly. The next day, the vendor repaired and returned the suitcase, and the young man at the bell desk contacted me again to confirm it was in good condition. They were truly very diligent and responsible.
Breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of food choices. This is one of the hotel's highlights.
We had one dinner, a Thai fried rice, which tasted good, was a generous portion, and reasonably priced. We tried pizza one afternoon, but it wasn't good; the pizza dough was undercooked, and the chicken inside had a strange taste. The waiter wasn't enthusiastic either, and the restaurant manager seemed indifferent to it, maybe he was in a bad mood that day ☹️.
Overall, this hotel is good, with a great location, convenient for getting around and shopping. I might stay here again next time.
A reminder: If you've booked this hotel, make sure to confirm with the taxi driver that it's the one near the Erawan Shrine, as there are three hotels with the same name in Bangkok. We were unfortunately taken to another hotel by the Ctrip car. 😭

Plus point is big bathroom and good amenities.

The room was great, and the hotel service was excellent. The front desk staff even spoke Chinese. The location is also fantastic, right next to major shopping centers. The only minor issue was that the key card sometimes didn't work perfectly when trying to select a floor in the elevator. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.
