The room is well-equipped with a safe and a mini-fridge. The minibar provides two complimentary bottles of water and instant coffee sachets daily. Toiletries are comprehensive, including bath towels, fabric slippers, a toothbrush set, shampoo, and shower gel (I loved the lemongrass and lemon scent).
The staff proactively changed the bath towels daily. They were warm and attentive, and almost all of them could speak Chinese. When I checked out, my luggage was too big, and a staff member kindly helped me carry it to the roadside.
The hotel is conveniently located near bus stops and a subway station. There are several 7-Eleven stores and a shopping mall nearby. Just a short walk out, across the street, is the King Power Duty-Free Shop, making shopping very convenient.
