Excellent stay! The hotel rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy and the facilities provided everything needed for a relaxing stay.
The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Their service made us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay.
Overall, a wonderful experience — great rooms and outstanding staff service. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again!

Keeping it short:
- Club Mahindra purple member
- 4th stay at this place (come ever year for a conference) since 2022
- every year experience was great until,
2026 stay.
4 days: house never cleaned upon requesting.
Some staff is nice but 2 people are the worst. They have a problem with Indians (racism). Thats how they made me feel
These 2 are new staff. When I told them I am gonna raise a complain against you he had the audacity to ask me to click his name tag photo and had an attitude of do whatever u can. As if he is untouchable. Name tag: CHAKRIT
2nd guy is night shift only house keeping staff available on the night of 1 march.
He was cleaning my room and had the audacity to do it as if he was throwing things.
I tried explaining things to guys at reception twice
And they started giving me explanations for everything rather than actions.
My experience here in 2026 was worst.
I request hotel management to release this staff off duty. Thailand is known for polite and helpful people. Mac boutique was a happy place for me which has turned into the worst place I experienced in Thailand in 4 damn visits to this country.
I hope this review brings light and mac boutique becomes what it was in hospitality.

We were given rooms in the adjacent building. Key card didn't work properly, ACs are old & noisy & doesn't function as they should. We shifted rooms on day 2 & that room has its challenges.

Service and Internet Hidden Gem in Bangkok
I’m honestly impressed by this hotel.
– Extremely attentive, helpful, and friendly staff
They noticed that I had video calls and lowered the music in the public area on their own – without me even asking. On top of that, the staff carried my luggage for me multiple times without being asked. Where do you experience service like this nowadays?
– By far the fastest internet on my entire Asia trip
Very low latency (around 23 ms) and consistently over 60 MB/s. Many places advertise this – here it’s actually true.
– Clean, spacious rooms
– Very comfortable bed
– Good facilities
– Central location
– Very fair price
For anyone who works while traveling or values quality: absolute recommendation. I would definitely come back.

Our recent stay at this hotel was truly exceptional and I can confidently say it is one of the best hotels we’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded all expectations. The receptionist was welcoming and professional, the luggage clerk handled our belongings swiftly and with care and the kitchen staff and room attendants provided top-notch hospitality throughout our stay.
We faced an unexpected challenge when our flight was postponed and we were initially worried about our accommodation since the rooms were fully booked. To our surprise, the hotel staff went the extra mile and managed to arrange a room for us the next day. This thoughtful gesture turned a stressful situation into a memorable experience.
The morning breakfast was absolutely delightful—fresh, varied, and delicious. It truly set the tone for each day. Whether you are a bachelor, traveling with family, or on a business trip, I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone seeking outstanding service and comfort.

An old hotel with very spacious rooms. All they need is a makeover of the whole property, add variety and improve the quality of buffet breakfast and then this place will be worth the money.

It's a decent place clean and tidy. Just the location is a bit shady. Lot of hookers stand on the road when visiting this place from Nana station side.
