Great service, clean and quiet room. It's a really nice place overall, my only complaint is that there isn't a 7-Eleven nearby, which makes it a bit inconvenient for buying things. Otherwise, everything else is really good.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the BTS station, making it easy to get to various attractions. There's a night market and bar opposite the hotel, which gets lively in the evenings, and a 7-Eleven is very close by. I heard the hotel breakfast is delicious, so definitely book a room with breakfast! We had lunch at the hotel restaurant, and the Hainanese chicken rice was really good and suited Chinese tastes. The service was great! It's also very secure as you need a key card to access the guest room floors.

Really nice hotel, looks super luxurious and breakfast is the best, all varieties. Just walking across to main market .

The hotel has a very beautiful lobby and setting. The doormen are active and have positive attitude. It is just opposite the Patpong Night Market and is very convenient for everything. However, from my experience, sorry to say it is not a 5 stars hotel.
The entrance of the hotel to check in area has 2 levels of mezzanine with steps. However there have no ramp for trolley luggage. Beware of that.
I stayed at 7th floor and facing the road. Room is very basic and decent. But the sound proof is bad, very noisy during the night. Always woke up by noises from different rooms, moving tables or something. Can hear the next room switching on and off the light switches during the sleep. There have no indication on the switch to let users know which is the area for it. So we just have to press different switches on and off to see.
Corridors are in very low light and old.
Gym is clean and decent sizes. Machines are well maintained and not many types of weight lifting. Only 1 unisex toilet in the gym.
Swimming pool is very small as for 5 stars hotel....always packed with people trying to get sun bath.
No sauna nor steam facilities.
Dont even know if there have shower or changing room around as no indication. There don't even have indication in the lift to show which floor for the pool and gym.
Breakfast is very basic and the highlight will be the chichen wing noodle but is not served daily. Big table and dining area. You have to ask for pot of tea if you want tea for breakfast.

Everything about the hotel, its personel and their services is perfect. I couldn't recommend them enough!

The hotel environment is exceptionally clean and lush, exactly as pictured. The doorman is super stylish and friendly! The food is great too, and the surrounding area has convenient transportation. It's just a short walk to Chulalongkorn University next door, which has a fantastic environment and is a great place for a stroll!

Right in the heart of Silom, location wise it is fantastic. Rooms were generally clean and I believe they've recently been renovated. Housekeeping will only change the bath towels daily, general cleaning of the room and make the bed however I believe the sheets are not changed everyday. There is a tremendous layer of dust beneath the bed and the tables in general had stains from previous tenants. The hotel is at best 4 stars but closer to 3.5; all staff members were exceptionally helpful however there's just something missing that I can't seem to pinpoint that gives it the 5 star ambience. Lovely on site restaurants such as the Ruenton serving their iconic chicken rice however skip their highly expensive (AUD$80) breakfast buffet unless it is included in the price and instead go to the many amazing cafes located in Silom. The pool is covered in shade from late morning so don't expect to sun tan. Comfortable enough stay however expectations need to be managed.

The hotel was nice. The room was spacious, and the doorman was good. However, the room I was assigned was directly opposite the elevator, and I was woken up by the elevator noise on Christmas Eve. The housekeeping staff needs improvement! After they finished cleaning, the toilet rim was dirty and stained, there were scraps of toilet paper on the floor, and the small trash in the shower hadn't been cleaned up.
