W Station in Bangkok

Wonderful place. Excellent staff. I highly recommend it to everyone, I really enjoyed it.

The two staff members at the front desk Pop and Pony were an absolute dream. Both of them always smiled when we passed by. Whenever we asked them a simple questions, for example: Which massage they recommend close by, they took the time to check properly for good massages in the area and called them.

In summary: Very kind staff with one of the best services I have ever experienced, when we come back to Bangkok it will be the same place.

Older place. Well maintained. Easy access to BTS. Very pleasant staff. We will do it again sometime.

Amazing place, the best of Thailand. Great location, easy to use BTS or grab bike. Staffs are all so POLITE and RESPECTFUL. 7-11 close by + streets foods + restaurants + bar downstairs!  The hotel is quiet, clean, and really beautiful, all small details are well thought, the cleaner especially is so sweet, and the dog is cute. Very safe, 24 hour security too, I stayed for 4 nights but feel like I could stay for 4 months!

My overall experience at this property was truly enjoyable from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff were incredibly polite, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping maintained everything perfectly during my visit.

The facilities were excellent — the Wi-Fi was fast, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the ambiance of the entire place was peaceful and relaxing. The restaurant served tasty and fresh food with a good variety of options. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the dining area and the quick service.

Overall, this hotel provided great value for money, and I felt truly cared for as a guest. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. I’ll surely come back again on my next trip!
