The buffet-style breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options, and it was included in the price. The rooms were reasonably spacious and comfortable.
That said, the main downside was cleanliness. I noticed a lipstick stain on one of the power switches, and the bed sheets had visible wear, including holes that had been patched up. This affected the overall impression and is an area the hotel should definitely improve.
On the plus side, there is a laundry room available for guests to use for a fee, which is convenient, especially for longer stays.
Overall, the hotel isn’t bad—it was quite busy, the reception staff were helpful, and the rooms were spacious enough—but better attention to hygiene would make a big difference.
The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly: when we left for an early flight at 4:30 AM, we asked the hotel to prepare breakfast boxes for us in advance. They thoughtfully packed fruit, bread, and juice. The lobby boy always helped with our luggage with a genuine smile.
The hotel breakfast was extensive, and the à la carte dishes were also delicious. I couldn't get enough of the Thai specialties like the green papaya salad. Excellent value for money!
