Wonderful stay at Lohas, one of the Best hotel in Sukhumvit. The staff is amazing, very helpful & kind. The breakfast staff is excellent, in particular Pink. 🙏🫰😽
She is very dedidacted to her job, very smily and this is nice to start the day with people like her. We appreciated so much and was happy to meet her everyday during our 5 nights here. It made our stay so great and unforgettable.
Free tuktuk service to the main street. Swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi on the rooftop and ping-pong !! With a beautiful botanic garden with basil thai, and ôter spices. It smells food! To summarize, we recommend 200% this hotel and enchanté time we come back to bangkok, we'll stay here..."for sure" (pronounced like E. Macron)!!😅

We absolutely love staying at this location in Bangkok. Room is really large with a kitchenette. Super clean with floor to ceiling windows. Gorgeous rooftop pool. Love the easy access to Benchakitti and Lumphini park which is why we always have stayed in this neighborhood. Will definitely book this lovely place for our next trip back to BKK. Highly recommend..thank you Myo and staff for making our stay comfortable and very welcoming.

This hotel exceeded expectations! The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Facilities were top-notch — a beautiful pool with city views, great gym and sauna, a nice restaurant, and even an organic garden guests can use for cooking. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Perfect location — right in the heart of everything yet peaceful and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

pros : Best hotel with facilities like gym , swimming pool, suana and shuttle transfers others with mid range budget. Room cotains all facilities as residence such as fridge, washinmachine , stove, utensils, kettle, dryer, etc..If 2 or 3 people are going then this delux room is best option. Best part is you can put the lugguage in lobby after checkout before leaving.
receptionist is kind and nice. staff lady was really helpfull with directions and information about transfers. Housekeeping was done before we came to hotel daily. Food and airport transfer also available with charges. Good location a bit inside and backlane of nana plaza far from all noice.

Cons : found a small baby cockroach in bathroom as soon as checkin. No bodywash in bathroom. Bathtub was boken has tapped with plaster.

Note : a 1000 bth deposit should give while checkin
and will be returned after checkout.

I had a great stay at Lohas Residences Sukhumvit Hotel. The location is excellent, and the convenient back-door exit makes it easy to access all the nearby bars, restaurants, and entertainment spots. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to be right in the heart of the action while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable place to stay.

The rooms are impressively spacious, featuring a well-equipped kitchen and in-room laundry facilities—ideal for longer stays or anyone who appreciates extra convenience. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged.

The staff were also wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed.

Overall, Lohas Residences Sukhumvit Hotel offers a great combination of comfort, space, and location. I would definitely stay here again!

My stay at Lohas Residences Sukhumvit Hotel was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel’s is old but was well maintain, it very convenient and same row with double tree hilton , combined with its top-notch amenities, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The attentive and courteous staff catered to my every need, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. With its convenient location and outstanding service and far most important is reasonable price range, it has quickly become my go-to choice for accommodations whenever I travel to the area. 👍

Good hotel for family, has cooker and clothes washing machine, little bit old but clean, tv channels not clear, rooms are big and can be connected.
Far from Nan road but they have 24 free tuktuk taken you to the nearest point
Staff are very lovely, kind and helpful.
Price little bit higher then should be.

A little bit off the main road but there is a back entrance to sio 4 and to Nana sky train (15-20 walk). Large comfortable rooms. It has a kidney shaped pool on the roof with plenty of privacy and good enough to splash around in.

Good place. Slightly dated features. But no complaints at all as the rooms are very well equipped. Staff are friendly. 24-hr Tuk tuk service was good to have.

A bit far from things but they have a free tuk-tuk service that will take you up the street to Sukhumvit. It is located almost at the end of the Soi so it is very quiet.
The rooms, actually suites, are large and we'll appointed. There are issues with the aircon, it cannot be turned off (maintenance must do it) or have the temperature changed too much.
My room had no hot water at 6am although I let it run more than 10 minutes. Cold shower for me ??
The breakfast buffet is nothing exceptional and a little expensive (250bht) for what us offered.
