Nice hotel at a 2 min walking distance from Phrom Phong BTS. Polite and welcoming reception manager. I stayed for 2 days on the seventh floor room with a stunning city view with a balcony among Bangkok skyscrapers. A small table and two chairs in the balcony. A clothes drying stand is also there. Lift is there up to 6th floor. AC,Refrigerator, kettle,hair dryer, safe locker, big bed,night robe all amenities are high quality. Clean and specious attached toilette and bathroom. Rates are reasonable. Great for couple as well as solo tourists. 7/11 just across the street. They take 1000 baht deposit at the time of check in and give a receipt. Returned the deposit at the time of check out. In spite of the busiest area of Bangkok, it is surprisingly quiet. Nice sound proofing.

Excellent location. No hot water. Under heavy construction next door. No cafe, no bar.
The breakfast included is trash.
The entrance is a 24/7 canibus bar.
The room is extremely small.
They didnt give paid breakfast 2nd day

The location cannot be beat as it is just steps from the BTS stop. I really liked the staff and I appreciated how they walked the extra mile to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Highly recommended

I am very disappointed with this hotel. They repeatedly harassed me to check out, even though I was only ten minutes late — and this happened on my birthday.
When I arrived at the reception, I greeted the receptionist, but she responded very coldly and only in Thai, even though I speak English. I told her it was my birthday, and she replied very rudely. On top of that, someone else in the hotel insulted me.

This hotel is one to avoid — stay far away.

Superb location with access to the BTS, Emquartier, and local restaurants. Great value for people who want a clean room, safe environment, and friendly staff. This is a room only, so if you want room service, etc., this isn’t for you. Highly recommended.

The front desk staff were excellent, with well English and nice communication skills. Check-in was smooth, just remember to keep your receipt for the 1000 baht deposit.

We stay here a few times a year, but the beds are in terrible condition. When we book a twin room, one of the beds almost always has sagging, worn-out springs or springs that are completely flat and hard, showing a clear lack of maintenance. The room looks clean, but we can't get a proper rest with beds like this. It's probably best to only stay for one night at most.

Moreover, the walls were incredibly thin – more like curtains, really. We could hear everything from the neighboring room. To give you an idea, we could hear the person next door drop a pen, the electronic beeps from their AC remote, and even their phone conversations as if they were in the same room, without the speaker being on. Earplugs were useless, and we barely got any sleep. This might be bearable for a one-night transit, but probably not for a longer stay.

While everything else was fine, your experience here will heavily depend on who your neighbors are. It's a real gamble.

Try to avoid this hotel.
I got scammed
back then 2021 summer. Once checked in, I check the room facilities, the cupboard door was fallen down once opened, I called the reception immediately for support.
They came in 5 mins later, saying that it was me who damaged it. I was asked to pay THB3000 for it. It goes down to THB600 after my Thai family talked to them. I paying the fine, i asked the staff why did u set me up? I was told by the staff “because you are rich”. He asked me not to disclosed this. Please all, try to avoid this hotel at all cost.
