Good location. Breakfast is delicious.

At the day of our arrival, tucked away in a small side street, we discovered what I can only describe as a peaceful oasis. From the very first step onto the premises, you can feel a calm, welcoming energy. The house itself has a unique design — beautifully decorated, spotless, and full of character.
The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always greeting us with warm smiles. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful. It’s a perfect place to relax and unwind after long days of exploring the city — well-connected yet hidden away from the noise.
We’ll definitely return to Bangkok, and it will be hard to find a place that tops this one. Truly recommended! :)

Very good, clean and hygienic, quiet environment, quiet in a busy city, the boss is very kind, the breakfast is American breakfast, very delicious. The decoration inside is very Nanyang style, very beautiful.

Very traditional/local house so if you want a different experience to the commercial hotel vacation, this is a good choice. It's close to Khao San so this being a busy tourist area, you do hear a lot of tuk tuks and the walls aren't soundproofed but it was fairly quiet after around 11pm and in the mornings. Breakfast was ok, there are a few options but they didn't have the juice on both days. The room wasn't cleaned either so I bought bottled water (they do have a water machine though). Overall, i'd say it's pretty expensive for what you get but its a unique experience whilst staying in Bangkok. The staff were very good.

The matching of the rooms is also very cute
Transportation is a bit difficult to find, but there are convenient functions nearby

Very quaint and the breakfast was amazing. Wan was extremely helpful and friendly. Will stay here again when I come back to Bangkok. Location is great with lots of food, drinks, and a seven eleven within a minute walk too. Can't hear anything from inside the hotel though.

Super clean and comfy. Feels like living in the countryside but in the center of Bangkok. Tasty breakfast and super welcome hosts.
