Lovely staff and reasonable priced rooms. Good service and good location. Plenty of launderettes and restaurants in the area. Also good hairdressers near by.

The hotel insisted on charging me the room fee, even though I had already explained to them that I had prepaid. Fortunately, Ctrip later communicated with me and refunded me.

Everything here is nice, the room is really clean and modern
The location is in the heart of Bangkok, 5 mins walk to MRT and 10 mins walk to BTS, it has a lot of nearby local restaurants which makes it even better

Room is clean and simple. Wear traces. Bed is harder (Futon?), but for me okay. Pink wall. Nice Lobby. No elevator. 5 floors. I missed soap. Can hear the traffic. Very nice staff. The night man doesn't speak english.
1000 baht deposit. I will come back.

Clean guesthouse that seems newly renovated. We had a spacious room (with a small fridge) that could accomodate three people. Clean bathroom with hot water. Free cable and wifi. There's a washer and dryer one can use. It is centrally located (about 1km from BTS station). Overall, this place is great if you don't want to spend much while in Bangkok. The washing machine and dryer come in handy.
