Location was near downtown and Siam paragon mall. 500m to mrt station and there was near 7 eleven. About hotel service and staff was very kind and nice. Room was little bit noisy. I think need to fix bathroom plumbing issue cause that sound come from.

Service is good and receptionist is friendly. Clean. 1 double eye lid sticker was left by previous traveller and not been removed during cleaning.
Overall is a good stay.

Location is good for those doing wholesale or live at pratunam market as walking distance about 5mins.
Walking to the platinum mall slightly further.
Quite a number of massage parlors nearby.
There's a 7-11 just beside the hotel.

We are frequent travellers to Bangkok. Lemontea Hotel is always the first choice.
Excellent location! It's within walkable distance to Pratunam market, platinum mall, central world, big C, Erawan Shrine...
Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Stayed at this hotel for 9 nights. What I liked most was the staff, they are genuinely kind and helpful. I received a warm welcome on arrival and a delicious welcome drink (lemon tea). Rooms are always clean and I like how thoughtful the staff are, for example - I was doing some laundry downstairs and had to wait for washing machine before using dryer, a staff member offered to put in dryer for me. I didn’t have to ask, the staff want everyone to enjoy their stay. The location of this hotel is great too. I will definitely come back!
