Cleanliness could definitely be improved. The staff aren’t particularly welcoming, but they’re not rude either. One thing to note is that when staff are at reception, it would be more professional if they avoided speaking Thai among themselves in front of guests, as it can feel uncomfortable—especially when there’s laughing and pointing, which may give the wrong impression.
