Weird looking place with overal cheap look. Airco in the room was noisy. Some musician outside with a terrible voice did not help either. It was a clean place. The price was really to high.

It was pretty mediocre. No slippers or toothpaste were provided, and the worst part was its location right next to an elevated highway. It was incredibly noisy at night, and the whole bed would shake when cars passed by. The only upsides were its proximity to the International Trade Exhibition Center and the decent service.

The hotel is in a good location, a bit old so there’s mold in the shower hot water always available which is great. There’s a fridge and kettle. The AC is great. Cleaning staff is available you just need to ask for your room to be cleaned they don’t come in everyday. It was an okay 2week stay

I know it isn't a permanent feature, but I feel they should definitely inform about this before arriving as it was very annoying and loud in the morning. Clean and hygienic, the air conditioning was very cold, and the room size was just right for me. The location is just on Watergate Street, directly opposite a shopping paradise. December is just a skybridge away.

The place is located at a strategic location within walking distance to many place of attractions / shopping areas such as Pratunam Market, Platinum Mall, halal restaurants, convenience stores, massage places. It’s a cozy enough place if you only need for sleeping/showering while spending most of the time outside.

Very nice accommodations. Complete with a private bathroom. Affordable for its price. No view for rooms. A bit small but the location is so nice you forget about it. A few minutes walk to Pratunam Market. If you'd like walking distance also to Platinum Mall and Central World. Overall had a nice stay here. Front desk also speaks in English.

Rooms were really comfy and really liked the chill area in the private room we had! Slightly noisy when people are moving about elsewhere in the building but with older buildings that’s to be expected! Very clean, the staff are helpful and lots of useful tips of places to visit and the option to hire bikes. We also ate here and the food is very nice and fair priced!

The room was very clean and well-equipped, but it was noisy facing the street, so I didn't sleep well. There's nothing that can be done about that.

Convenient and super well located near street food, pharmacy and 7/11 of course. They have plenty of showers and toilets. The beds are not the most comfy but good overall for the price. Staff are nice and they have a small coffee shop during the day. Also you have a fridge and kitchen at your disposition which is super convenient.

The location is easy to find and convenient. The bedrooms are well air conditioned and the shower rooms and very well maintained. They provide you with a towel and the bathrooms have shampoo and body wash as well. It’s good for a short stay and for solo travelers and the price is really affordable as well.

Cool stay it was quiet easy to get to not far city. This spot is ideal for solo travelers who want to be in the city it’s close to main attractions but if you are a family coming to the debate, this place isn’t for your overall cool experience.

Overall a good experience, lovely morning staff, communicated well, able to leave valuables at the front desk....nightstaff was good to also no issues with the room. Good quality restaurants around the area too. Ideal for a for backpacker stop, or short to medium stay. Location is in the old town, so expect to travel to see some sights, but this is Bangkok, so that won't be an issue

affordable but super basic. small rooms. bathroom smelled when I got there, and continued to smell, I think from other viditors... pretty clean bathroom tho. make sure you get anything you need from the staff (towels, water, etc) before 5pm. neighborhood is near khaosan but if you want that you can get a place closer. if you don't want super touristy khaosan, consider staying in another area.

Good location, convenient parking, good service from the male staff who checked in. But the room smelled musty (I informed the counter and they provided a spray for me and it got better). But the air conditioner was not cool, there was only wind. I slept hot all night.

Smile Inn Hotel is a simple and comfortable place to stay. I spent 2 nights there, and it was easy and awesome overall. The rooms were clean, staff friendly, and check-in was smooth. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the metro, so getting around requires extra travel time. Perfect for a quiet stay if you don’t mind commuting a little. Budget friendly good one

Nice not big hotel. Clean, neat. There are paid washing machines. The rooms have everything you need, including a microwave, kettle and safe. One minus: very small rooms. The breakfasts are set to choose from, but very good and varied. Located in the very center. You can probably walk to the royal palace, but we used a taxi.

The price is very reasonable for what you get. I absolutely loved the place, it’s clean, quiet, and easy to locate. Perfect for solo travelers or backpackers. Plus, it’s conveniently close to the train station, malls, and plenty of food options. Good place for staying close to Ramkhamheng Bangna

The location is quite far from the main road but not that bad since it's surrounded by markets and street foods. The room is big but the bed is super small. However, the biggest complaint is the super sound isolation from the windows. Please note that the hotel is right next to the local street, so you could hear EVERYTHING at night and there's no way to mute that ****. Not recommend.

This place offers excellent value for money. I booked it for a friend. The hotel itself is very clean, and the surrounding area has plenty of food options, many of which cater to Chinese palates. There's a Thai night market right across the street, plus a 7-Eleven for convenience.

Always staying here and it's great.
