Very nice homestay in the heart of a lovely neighborhood. The host is exceptionally polite and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is shared, but that’s perfectly fine considering the price. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Great location about 10 minutes from Khao San Road so away from the hustle and bustle. Very basic but what you'd expect for the price. Only criticism would be that our room had a bathroom door that was about 170cm tall... Caught that a few times!

An older establishment but very clean and exactly what we needed for somewhere to sleep. We were out all day so only needed a place to sleep. Good aircon and very roomy. In our room the bath was quite deep so anyone with mobility issues might have problems getting in and out. For a cheep place to sleep in the heart of this district you can't go wrong. There was no receptionist at the time stated. Unable to check in or leave luggage with the property during the stated time because the property locked the front door and did not answer the phone. There was also an unwilling service for both check-in and check-out.

we stayed for three days between flights to other countries and it was a good base to get a lot of things done. Laundry was on site and was very cheap. We were able to transport and prepare a Bicycle. meals are provided on site including breakfast but you can also get grab deliveries . it is very close to 2 of the mass transit stations one of which they offer transport to. location was quite some distance from the bts but they have a shuttle service to bts ratchayothin 4 times a day. staff were very nice and friendly. room was big and clean, tv had streaming services. unfortunately the aircon wasn't strong enough. but definitely worth it for the price, would stay here again!

The hotel doesn't provide facial towel, tooth brush and paste although I booked superior twin room for two night stay. TV is not working and no signal while i staying. it would be better if those facilities are provided.

It was very nice! The lady opened the door for us, even very late in the night (3am). The location is very nice if you want to be right we’re Bangkok people live. We used the public boat transport quite often. It is just around the corner and super affordable. A local market is nearby and many options to eat. Everything was cleaned daily.

Me and my friend stayed at T boutique hotel for 4 nights -5 days. Location is really great as u can see it’s so near to famous restaurants(dessert shop where lisa from blackpink had, popular bread shop). All the street food u can walk just 5-10 mins.
