I just checked out of this hotel, even though I had already extended my stay for 3 more days with no refund at all — simply because one hour had passed since check-in.

But the important part is WHY I left.

So honestly, if you only plan to stay 1 or 2 nights, this hotel is actually good. You will probably get a clean and nice room. That is exactly what I did at first because I planned to stay long-term in Bangkok and wanted to test the hotel before booking for a month.

After 2 days, I tried extending my stay through the Trip app, but there was a card verification issue, so I went to reception and paid directly for 3 more days while planning to extend for a month later through the app.

Those 3 days were supposed to start today, the same day I’m writing this review.

I was staying in room 1039 on the 10th floor. The room was clean and I liked it. Around 12 PM, they called me and said there was a problem and I needed to change rooms. At reception, they explained that my room had a water leak affecting rooms on the 9th floor, so they needed to repair it.

I accepted and they gave me another room on the same 10th floor: room 1029.

The moment I entered, there was a strong smell and the walls were not clean. I stayed there for about an hour, and around 2 PM, I saw another tourist leaving the same room I had originally been staying in.

I went back to reception and politely asked for another clean room. They told me there were no available rooms on the 10th floor and gave me a room key instead of a key card for another room on the 18th floor, all the way at the end of the corridor.

That room was clearly an old room that had been renovated, and honestly most people would not like it.

I went back to the room on the 10th floor, packed my clothes, and returned to reception to check out. The first thing they told me was that I could not get any refund because more than one hour had passed since check-in.

This became my worst hotel experience in Bangkok.

So in summary:
If you stay for only 1 or 2 nights, you may get a clean and modern room.
But if you plan to stay longer, it feels like they move customers into the worst rooms available, as if long-term guests do not matter.
