Sabai Sathorn in Bangkok

The location is convenient, but unfortunately that’s the only positive thing I can say about this place. The room was extremely dark, with very low ceilings and almost no natural sunlight because the window was directly facing the neighboring building. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room from the moment we checked in.
The towels looked old, gray, and stained. Even the table cleaning cloth provided in the room looked heavily used and had a bad odor. Housekeeping and trash removal were only done once every three days, and the floors were never properly cleaned. We also only received 2 bottles of water on the third day, even though the booking was for 4 guests. Overall, the apartment felt very worn out and poorly maintained. I would not stay here again and honestly would not recommend it.

First, the room was supposed to be cleaned every two days, but they didn't even provide toothbrushes proactively. Guests had to go downstairs to the front desk to ask for them, which was very inconvenient and not at all customer-friendly. Second, there were small flying insects in the room for several days straight. Third, my room was on the third floor, and the noise from passing motorcycles or cars was very loud; I could only barely sleep with earplugs in. Fourth, at checkout, I had to wait for the front desk staff to come upstairs and inspect the room. I haven't encountered this situation in years; it's so outdated. Not a good place to stay if you want to stay in a good room. I feel like I’m in my granma’s house but it’s in downtown
