The reception girl so disrespectful and illiterate , I end up staying 2hours without electricity in the room , I honestly regret why book this hotel and the gym so small

This hotel is a great value for the price. The breakfasts are delicious, and it’s right in the city center. I stayed here with a group of friends, and we all had a great time—everything was really good.

The location is perfect, and the breakfast is very good. The staff in the restaurant are extremely helpful and polite. Lovely swimming pool too

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were quick to assist and made the experience even better. They wven helped me find waterproof cases as I went for the annual songkran festival ~

Actually the price, location, breakfast and service are so good. Only the wall makes me feel like I want to move out. I can hear the voice of the next room for the whole night. it seems like we are in the same room.

Seriously, avoid this place! I've been to Bangkok countless times and have never stayed in such a terrible hotel.
Downside 1: The soundproofing is abysmal. We could even hear the person snoring in the next room. And in the middle of the day, we were just having a normal conversation and the neighbors knocked on the wall to complain.
Downside 2: Housekeeping consistently knocks on your door to clean before 10 AM every day. So, if you enjoy nightlife or want to sleep in, forget about it – you'll definitely be woken up. Plus, if you miss the morning cleaning, they won't clean later because housekeeping finishes work in the afternoon.
Downside 3: Your friends can't just enter the hotel freely; they *must* provide their original passport as collateral. I had a friend who wanted to visit, didn't bring their passport, and was forced to stay downstairs, unable to come up.
Definitely avoid at all costs!

Great location, and the breakfast was delicious! The service was also good. It's definitely my top choice for my next trip. The hotel is right opposite Bangkok's famous **building. The hotel pool is nice too! Very good.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and polite, but unfortunately, everything else was a bad experience.
On the first day, I was assigned room 706. The bed was extremely soft and felt like the springs had collapsed. When I informed the staff, I was told there were no other rooms available.
On the second day, a different staff member kindly helped to change my room to 307. However, it was located right next to the staircase, and there was a strong sewage smell as soon as I opened the door. It was very unpleasant.
On the fourth day, after housekeeping cleaned the room, they left the window open and didn’t close it. As a result, I was bitten by mosquitoes during the night, and even worse, I experienced what seemed like bed bug bites. My whole body became very itchy with multiple bites.
Although the hotel is conveniently located near the BTS, the overall condition is old and outdated, and cleanliness is not up to standard.
Overall, this was a very uncomfortable and disappointing stay. I would not recommend it.

Location is great, it is located exactly at a Sky train station. Walkable distance to many tourist spots.
The room was clean, but aged.
Pool is salt based and one of the best view.
