The room didn't match the pictures on the website at all. The door lock and chain were broken, so we had to change to a new room. The new room looked very old inside. The TV stand was worn and rusty, and the chair in front of the mirror had a leg that was almost broken; we didn't dare sit on it for fear it would break completely.
The interior of the room looked old as well.
The location is good and convenient for transportation.
But the rooms definitely need improvement.

Before checking in I read reviews saying the rooms were quite old but that wasn’t true at all
The room was very clean and housekeeping changed the bed sheets every day👍
They paid great attention to cleanliness
The staff were very well managed and seemed professionally trained to always greet guests with a smile
However one downside was the noise from outside at night it was very noticeable and made it quite difficult for me to sleep

Stayed in this hotel from March 27 to April 1. It was all around satisfying stay. First is the price is really cheap, along with the great location, super convenient, and the room is huge for solo trip traveler like me. The room is clean, too. Second is the staff is helpful, always smiling while serving. Fluent English of course.
I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!!

From the fifth-floor window, you can directly see the Ashton Asoke-Rama 9 luxury condominiums, the iconic twin towers and landmark of Bangkok's new financial district, Rama 9.

We did not sleep well at all. The rooms have no soundproofing but some guests were considerate. However, on one night a drunk Russian guest was screaming and shouting at 2am. To their credit the the hotel staff quoted him down and applied their policy. Each night, however, short-term guests slam their doors and door alarms go off and people don’t know how to silence their alarm.

The first room we were in stank of sewer water so we asked to move per the handyman’s recommendation. The handyman gets our 5 star rating, btw, as he can fix literally anything!

The 8th floor room we moved to was not cleaned well. There were sticky finger and handprints on all the glass surfaces.

The pillows are so hard we asked if we could get a softer one but that wasn’t an option 😭

Here are our recommendations for improvement:
1. Add a door damper to prevent people from slamming the door or at least post multilingual signs on each door.
2. Include instructions on how to silence their alarm door alarm
3. Provide one soft , one hard pillows rather than all rock hard!
4. Clean walls and glass surfaces better

I've stayed 5 nights (suit 803B)- very cosy and aesthetic interior, charming plant behind glass balcony took my heart ☺️🌿 very clean and comfortable bed, I really like that delicate smell bedsheets give whole room. The long desk, comfortable chair and desk lamp were great while I was working, wifi always was stable and had high speed all my stay as well. Water, coffee and tea were always provided. Shower, water power and amazing smell of shower gel were beyond ally praises 🤩
There were some things that didn't bother me but might be useful for others to know. The sounds from the next room can be loud, but during the day. However, everything was quiet during the night. And the mirror is only in the bathroom where light isn't that much, so applying make up can be a bit tricky.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay at this hotel and definitely recommend it to friends and return when I have a chance.

The main issue was the very poor hygiene standards of the hotel staff. The room had a strong toilet smell at check-in, but when we asked the cleaning staff to check, they said there was no smell, which was very unresponsive and unprofessional.

We also felt there was discrimination, as we were treated differently compared to Western, Korean, and Japanese guests, even though we paid the same price.

Overall, a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

The room was spotless and exactly like the pictures. It was also very spacious. We stayed on the 8th floor. The only minor issues were that the room lighting was a bit dim and there was a slight odor from the sink in the bathroom. When we checked in, a staff member who spoke Chinese noticed we were hot and even offered us some small drinks, which was a nice touch! 👍

The room is beautifully decorated and clean. The location is very convenient—just a 15-minute walk to the MRT, with a minimart located right across the street. It is suitable for both short stays and long vacations.

Best hostel I’ve ever stayed.
So clean and have private make-up table which is so convenient. Seven Eleven is nearby and has many street food stalls in the street. Other shopping centers are only afew mins walk away. And MRT station is near too.

The room is super comfy and clean. The PIC MS Jai. She is super kind.. Super thoughtful.. She knew I was arriving in midnight.. She turn on my room air con first for my pleasure.. Wow.. Really goes extra miles... And then this hostel is really convenient in term of location

Staff are very helpful and friendly, rooms basic but very clean and close to train station. Across the road is a convenient 7 eleven, just be careful as the road at times is extremely busy.
