Good hotel but needs extra refurbishment

The best part is that the room was huge, although a bit old. The location was a bit far from the main road which made it very quiet.

The hotel offers services that go beyond expectations. The room is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It’s definitely worth the price. The only downside is the location—it’s a bit inconvenient, as you need to walk about 10 minutes to reach the main road 😤. Overall, everything else is great.

This was a good size room, it could easily be converted into a 1 bedroom. The bed The bathroom is a little outdated but still functional. Short walk to get to places and bts station.

What else can you expect for 25$ per night for this location with privacy? Overall the location is reasonable to access BTS Dark green line-the line goes to/from business area, do not trust to photos posted on this platform. they will NOT give you the same room that shown in your booking confirmation (expect the surprise). And the only answer they will give is that room i booked is fully booked, sounded dodgy! however, if you are traveling budget and need some privacy in business district-ish area, you are welcomed. sheets and towels are outdated. bring your own toothpaste, brush, handsoap. convenient to people just sleep and go. no breakfast, walk to 7/11 for about 10min for sandwiches.

Clean, big and quiet room! Good value for money

The location in a little bit desert because nearby they no restaurants that empty street and also a little bit far walk from BTS station, but the room is quite OK. It’s pretty spacious but the style a little bit old maybe around 99 or 20 style, but it budget is friendly so if you’re looking for something cheap and spacious room, I recommended but not for the location that you might consider.

The hotel is really old and dated. It’s in a nice quiet part of the city, and a little bit of love and renovation could really help it however it feels forgotten and ignored. The staff were really kind and helpful, always someone around to assist, it’s just sad that their facility isn’t the greatest.
