I'm a halal-food traveller. The newly renovated hotel is called Palma. Better room design, better bathroom. In future will have cafe (& breakfast) as informed. Couldn't complain much about the location, despite the traffic, it's about 150 meters away from Nana Plaza and 400 meters away from Nana BTS Station. The front desk lady is very friendly and informative. I was given the extended checking out hours. This is my many visits to BKK and Grand Inn / Palma was my first choice of good value hotel. Feeling hungry? Just grab a kebab downstairs nearby for 100baht or fresh fruits for 20baht. Pharmacy is 2 blocks away next to a good old foot massage parlour.

One of the best rooms I've stayed in for that price. Workers were always friendly and helpful. Will be staying there again next time I'm in the area.

The hotel is actually called Palma Hotel, but it seems Google hasn't updated yet! The staff were lovely and very accommodating. They just opened their cafe during our stay and we received complimentary coffees daily 😍 very good coffee.

As wonderful as always! They recently updated the lobby and rooms and it brings the whole experience to the next level after the amazing staff!

Before we booked on agoda we check to the hotel first and the old lady on the reception was nice and explain us which way is cheaper, then we booked on agoda superior room for family fit for 4 adults, we are 3 people. And when we are check out different lady on the reception was so rude creaming and talk to us loudly asking for more money she said the price is only for 2 person but we stay 3 person, it’s clearly showing on agoda room is for 4 person. We had fight till other guest looking at us then i wisely just pay 300 bath more just to end the argue. The room was so scary and very old building, dark kinda club vibes and no soundproof. When we checked in the old man following us and help us to open the door and came in to the room even though we don’t need it and feel not comfortable. Location near many ladyboy club everywhere and indian arabic area.

Booked 3 nights, paid upfront, stayed 3 hours - the room was not as advertised nor did it bear any resemblance to the photos.
Dangerous wooden lattice to the outside 'balcony' that if leaned upon would easily give way.
Very disappointed overall, checked out after 3 hours and the staff member did not ask why, just shrugged and accepted it.
