We had a great family stay at IPremium Apartment. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The area felt safe and was perfect for walking or letting kids play. There’s a convenience store downstairs and plenty of food options nearby. The room was well equipped, the internet worked well, and there’s a shuttle to On Nut BTS, so getting around was easy.

Cockroaches in the room, the staff did try to spray but it was still an issue and the road is not very walkable, there is no sidewalk so you will need to take their shuttle or a motorbike taxi.

I stayed there for 2 months and overall it was really good. If you have any problems you can talk with the management. We had some miscommunications but everything was solved smoothly in the end. You can get easily with the free Tuktuk to the BTS and a big 7 eleven is directly Infront of the Building. The rooms are quiet and mostly clean aside from some minor issues.
The only thing I have to criticize is that the bed and pillows are very old and dirty already and the Furniture is quite old. Specially the pillows should be changed. It's not a big investment and easily fixed. Everything else was fine and I would definitely stay there again.

This was my first condo rental in BKK, staff are helpful and friendly, I stayed for 6 months. The building is kept maintained and tidy with good laundry facilities. It’s in a quiet area. No issues with electric or water bills. Deposit was returned with no problems. I would be happy to stay if I return to BKK.

I stayed here for 2 years and left to another country for job. The service was phenomenal during my 1st long term stay so I decided to stay here again for my short vacation. The service and staffs are still amazing and they welcome us warmly. Room is super clean and the environment is quiet enough to have a deep sleep. Kudos to Kikky, Linly and all the staffs for making us feel like home. Will definitely stay here again.

I love this place full of happiness with staff and the area. The room is very nice big with stable Internet provided. There is the convenience store and the restaurant there where you can easily find the food and cheap stuffS Highly recommend for our professional travelerS

Living here for 1 year and many good things about it: good staffs (managers, front desk people, restaurant lady, technicians and guards), quick and attentive services, good location (big 711 right in front, good cafes and eating places around, walkable to BTS and free tuktuk shuttle at certain times), good facilities (room is very new, clean, well-maintained, smart layout, good soundproof, never crowded elevator, clean and good quality coin laundry), nice gym and restaurant (home food alike), neighborhood is lively but safe and quiet enough.

Shopping for apartment for long term rent. Viewed many apartment complexes. This IPremium made shopping for apartments very easy. The office staff was very professional and polite. They answered all questions and were supportive. I felt management was very good.

I love all services here as customers friendly and convenient to city center . The staff fully support since i first visit to seek information about renting room till now. Wifi also fantastic as i need to work while traveling. Room is big and quiet for my family.. I highly recommend this place “ iPremium”

The reception lady is the sweetest, wifi better than average, beds and rooms are good for the price, and in general it's a quiet place to rest after a long day exploring bkk. I recommend this place, even tho the position is 15 min walking from bts, for me never been a problem

The hotel is exceptionally clean and cheap.
For the price you pay, they offer a lot more.
Games, WiFi, TV, clean toilets, AC.

Good for solo traveler, a lot good for this price. It’s exactly the same as in the pictures, really CLEAN! and the SOAP is awesome. This was my first time choosing bunk beds, it was good if your roomate is polite then its gonna be your wonderful stay. AC was really cool, I enjoyed.

After comming to Thai, I have changed accommodation every day until found this place. Here is very clean, comfortable, smells good because of coffee on ground floor. Close to the center of the city. Also one of the cheapest dormitories in Thai.

Nice staff, very friendly (eventho they have lil problem speaks in eng), comfy and cool, lot of foods near the hostel n there's store n laundry too.
