I not be able to sleep at night because of the lights keep going on off .need to walk out to find a massage place,can’t stay in the room 😞
I regret choosing this hotel for my holiday trip. This is located in a very bad, smelling environment. The staff were undoubtedly the most unfriendly I have ever encountered. No respect to guests. You’ll definitely feel that you’re not welcome to stay there.
The room is full of unpleasant odor. Not cleaned and very old. The washroom is leaking water. Very old and very much worst. There is only a single plug point for the whole room.
I booked a 3-night stay at this hotel through Trip.com. However, upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the hotel failed to provide the amenities listed in the booking confirmation, including toothbrush, toothpaste, body wash, shampoo, and hair conditioner. When I contacted the customer service hotline to inquire about these missing amenities, the staff responded rudely, stating that no one was provided these items.
Furthermore, the property is severely outdated and lacks accessible facilities. Notably, the lift is inconveniently located at the top of the stairs, requiring me to manually carry my luggage up the stairs to access it. Furthermore, the lift and room floors are not aligned, forcing me to lug my luggage up and down additional stairs to reach my room.
Avoid this place at all costs! Please. There are good Hotels for cheaper prices than this ‼️
